Leave O365 Behind!
Comments: Love it, have all the basics and more, plus more integrations than I know what to do with. A great way to streamline work
Pros:
The amount of applications Google workspace offers is incredible. Not only do you get the standard email, writing, presentation, and excel type of programs you also can take advantage of several others that are incredible for business. The ability to use google voice, analytics, gemini, etc is incredible.
Cons:
Not a con, more of a personal anecdote, I wish I knew the basics behind all of what Google workspace offers so I knew what I had available to me that maybe I wasn't taking advantage of. A demo or short explanation of each tool would be great.

Comments: Google Workspace's experience is superior to many other products in the same field.
Pros:
Google Workspace provides an ease of use for our environment.
Cons:
Google Workspace should invest more in the MDM side of technology. Their opponents (Intune) have a wonderful product and should invest time and resources into that type of technology.

So difficult to use, contact support, or use without needing to search up how to use something.
After 10 Years, Still Happy with Google Workspace
Comments: I use Google Workspace to control multiple email accounts, due to the different functions in my job. I can't imagine doing the same thing with paper mail and physical filing cabinets. When I need to find something, it's easy to find and continue with whatever needs to be done with that item.
Pros:
I've been using the product (even though the name has changed) for about ten years. The different functions are readily available on sidebars or in menus and are easy to find and consistent, as to their placement and descriptive icons. Now, as I discover new ways to use different features, it makes noticeable improvements in my productivity, particularly, in being able to control exactly, how my email works, as far as organization, placement, specific filters, etc.
Cons:
It would be nice if the archiving function worked differently. If we could sort by several parameters and move all of the results to a specific archive folder, that would not be part of the original email account.
The optimum solution for SME
Comments: As a company, we are very happy to work with Google Workspace and we totally recommend it, especially if you are hooked in the Apple ecosystem. However, if you are able to have a small IT team, I would recommend to avoid using it as a "one-stop-shop" for your IT needs as there are some other, standalone products who work better compared to native Google Workspace Apps.
Pros:
I really enjoy the fact that the vast majority of IT & software needs for a Small / Medium Enterprise are fully covered by Google Workspace: emails - software - files - calendar - meetings etc. Also, the fact that all technical aspects & issues are handled by Google directly, help me saving time on a daily basis.
Cons:
I don't like two facts on Google Workspace. The most important one is that Google Drive for Mac does not work as it should and there have been numerous cases were the files weren't syncing properly between different users. This is a real pain and we have considered moving to another vendor for cloud storage. The other issue that we don't like is that all new features of Google are not always instantly available to users across our organisation.
