> **Pros**: ZoomInfo offers a vast database and seamless integration. I especially love the LinkedIn plugin — it’s incredibly useful for lead generation and has become one of my go-to tools.

> **Cons**: Pricing is a little high-SMEs are moving to Apollo for the same reason. The platform includes several unnecessary features. While the database isn’t 100% accurate, its overall quality is still impressive.

> I would say it's one of the mandatory database tools if you are part of a marketing, sales, or lead generation team.

> **Cons**: The contact database wasn't always accurate, especially for Canadian companies. Some contacts were outdated or no longer with the organization, so we still had to spend time verifying leads before reaching out.

> We've been using ZoomInfo Sales for about four years, and overall it's been a valuable tool for lead generation and prospecting. It has helped us identify new opportunities and save time building prospect lists. While we're happy with the platform, we'd like to see better coverage and more accurate contact data for Canadian businesses, as that's where we've noticed the biggest gaps.
