> **Pros**: Set this up as a trial to test its functionality. Was going to try and test with MS Dynamics but didn’t have credentials to do so.
> 
> **Cons**: It was pretty easy to set up and use. Would have liked to test a desktop version for a specific use case but this is not a flaw of the software. It was a licensing issue.
> 
> Great cloud based product. I only used the trial so can’t talk larger usage.
