Appointment management is good, customers can cancel on their own through email or log-in and book a new slot. The customer base is also great, where I can add notes to each client and remember all the important details between appointments, and contact info. New customers also finds my booking system through google and instagram-link and can book appointments without even talking to me, which has automated business growth. Would like to have the service-/booking-price included in details when I add the booking to my google calendar. I also would like to choose the right timezone for Norway in the booking system. I also want a button where customers has to accept the salon-policy when booking or if I add the booking for them, instead of only have the possibility to read it. > > I am very happy with this booking system.
