We are able to manage organic social content across multiple social channels for a location all in one place. We have also been able to scale our program, going from about 150 participants to close to 200 without additional resources. The CC team was tremendous during implementation and assisted with migrating our existing channels over and training the team to feel comfortable in the tool. When we started to integrate the tool into our proprietary software, they brought in their \[sensitive content hidden\]and Software Engineers to walk us through the process and get up and running.
