"Great budgeting software"

Pros:
It is so customizable and the implementation team has done a great job in translating our numerous Excel files to a workable and easy method of budgeting templates and input pages. Our employees love that it still looks like Excel, so the transition was smooth.
Cons:
It takes a lot of dedication and time to test and fully implement, although I think that would be true for any budgeting software since each company is unique. There are some sorting features that I'd like Limelight to have the capability of doing with the click of a button versus manually (sorting by employee name, account number etc), but they told me they've let their development team know so hopefully it will be a feature in the near future.

We've had a very positive experience through the implementation and use of Limelight. Any time we have questions or need an update, they are always there to help.
Pros:
The customer service has been great, and the ease of use of the product.
Cons:
Initially it ran extremely slow, but it's been resolved!

I use Limelight daily to schedule patient appointments.
Pros:
I like that Limelight gives patients the ability to schedule online without having to call the business.
Cons:
Sometimes Limelight has issues when multiple users are on one account. Can create issues like double booking or miscommunication.

I appreciated Limelight's ability to apply logic to benefits, merit increases and bonuses. I found the customer service team to be extremely helpful and responsive. We struggled to model a complex workforce with numerous seasonal positions working in both the beginning and end of the fiscal year. Exports of reports & templates to excel required manipulation to obtain the necessary information.
Pros:
Responsiveness of customer service and data analytics / coding team
Cons:
Difficulty in modeling a non-traditional workforce

From implementation to full usage the experience with Limelight has been nothing short of Stellar! The Customer Service is far superior to any other company I have worked with in the past.
