> **Pros**: When setting up a new business choosing the right back-office partner is critical, the team at IndiCater were really helpful and that support has continued post implementation.  From and operational perspective IndiCater offers everything we ask of it, from integrated stock management with e-procurement integration to full allergy and calorie data for labelling and menus, it couldn’t be easier.  At location level the system is flexible and importantly, easy to use and navigate.  Likewise, support, data and integration at a company level is first class offering real time insight into how the business is performing.

> **Cons**: We have no real complaints with IndiCater, of course as a back of house system it could look a little more appealing however, this has no impact on its functionality.  Where development needs are highlighted the tech team at IndiCater are quick to resolve any specific issues and add functionality where needed.

> Our overall experience with IndiCater has been extremally positive, each member of their team that we have dealt with both operationally and technically have been excellent – and importantly the software works\!
