At signup, I understood that I would be able to send up to 2,000 emails per day, ramping up to 10,000 emails per day as the email domain warmed up. After raising concerns, I was told that my account could be set to send 1,000 emails per day immediately based on the number of mailboxes I had. During a live Q\&A session, I was told this change was being made, and I also received an email confirming that it had been updated. However, more than 24 hours later, the sending limit remained unchanged at roughly 310 emails per day. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and materially impacted campaign timelines. When I attempted to cancel due to these issues, a refund was denied. > > My experience changed after onboarding. While the software itself is easy to use, the early-stage sending restrictions did not align with what I understood prior to purchase. Because of this, I switched to Mailchimp, where I was able to send a 30,000-email campaign almost immediately.
