Google Drive gives my files a place to go while I'm on go
Comments: Google Drive is great and does what it is supposed to, really well. One of the main "selling points" is that it incorporates well with the whole "ecosytem" of Google doc, Google apps, gmail, etc.
Pros:
Very easy to use and access from anywhere. There are mobile apps to make it easier to open files that are stored on your mobile device while away from the office or studio.
Cons:
I wish it were possible to see the size of folders and files to make managing them easier. 15 GB is a fair amount of space, but it runs out quick.

A few struggles
Comments: I'm a new user of Google Drive and some of the other products. It's not what I'm used to so it's been difficult but I do like a few things about it and because I'm running a church it's really important to get things done for the least amount of money possible. It's also important that whatever we use will allow us to work together and Google Drive has settings to control that.
Pros:
I love switching accounts with one swipe at the top. I can stay signed into my account and the church account. I like opening from Google Drive straight to Documents or Workspace. The notification section tells me what's going on with the account and all files. If someone does something I'll know about it.Google Drive doesn't ask for credit card information and so far hasn't tried to charge me anything at all.
Cons:
I do like the notifications but switch off pop ups because they're top frequent and not always important. When I'm rushed and trying to send something to a colleague I just want to get it done. I don't want to send a link and grant access to the link, then wait for them to download it. When security isn't a concern it just gets in the way. I'd like to be able to just send the actual file! I'd also like to be able to delete things and control what is saved to begin with. I'm not a dinosaur who just discovered the internet but I just struggle so much with this one application! I can only get it to either save everything or nothing, no middle ground what so ever. I used a completely different drive for a long time so maybe that's why everything is so foreign but still I think it should be easier.

Its kinda lame work on it
Comments: Don't really know how to express it but I've used it and it doesn't really work that great like I said in the top other portions need to work on it
Pros:
Fact that it's integrative and it's somewhat kind of easy to use but when you needed to use
Cons:
doesn't really work for you because half the stuff is either lost or you can't get into it due to the fact that I owe money for some odd reason not saying that I do maybe one of my friends but just saying you need to work on i

Cost effective tool with multi-purpose functionalities.
Comments: Highly satisfying and effective to handle my small-size business.
Pros:
The fact that I am able to work on the cloud, while at the same time collaborating with others without privacy and safety issues.
Cons:
While the tool is robust, with time, there is a need for more and more storage which is only available for a cost.
