> This is a great product in theory, but the very inexpensive LITE option is so limited that it might as well be useless. The next tier includes not only a monthly fee per user but also a monthly platform fee, so the jump is from $19/month to over $200/month. Most extremely small businesses aren’t going to be able to afford that kind added expense. For a growing small to mid-sized business with a target market that highly prefers texting over calls, it might be worth the cost.
