> **Pros**: It is easy to access, and easy to use.  It keeps everything organized, and there are places where you can keep notes for others to read.

> The system would routinely breakdown. It did not speed up medical record keeping, nor did it save us any money.  It was hugely expensive and you would think with that cost that they would at least have good customer service, not at all.  We had to cancel the contract, and now they are holding our patient records hostage. This is a clear violation of HIPPAA. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE.
