> **Pros**: Summarizes what is happening in your file with weekly updates.

> This software has opened my eyes as to how relaxed we can be about entering Customer and Supplier details into MYOB.  It has prompted me to ensure that the correct legal names and full contact information is entered.  And now that I have cleaned up that part of the file I am onto reviewing issues highlighted by the system in regards to bank account changes, duplicate invoices, deleted sales and so much more.  This software makes you so much more proactive and aware of the transactions happening in your file without spending hours going through each transaction on your own.
