> **Pros**: Best thing about this software is if you do have a question, customer support have never failed to respond and answer my questions within 2 hours at most.

Great videos on the website show you how to do the basics (and even some advanced stuff)

> **Cons**: Not having anything to do with the pricing I can't comment there, but one screen I look after has an ongoing issue that it fails to connect to our wireless network despite screens all around it connecting fine (all screens are the same manufacturer - but the big touchscreen may have an issue with the software) - again customer service have done a great job monitoring this but we don't have a solution as yet. Not really a bad thing, just the only thing that's not fully a 'Pro'
