Klaviyo, an essential tool for your online store.
Comments: For an online store, Klaviyo is an essential tool. I have several clients with whom I have implemented the tool and at least 40% of sales are thanks to the flows, registration pages and campaigns that I have implemented through Klaviyo. Indispensable if you want your online store to be successful.
Pros:
The ease of use and ease of implementation with Shopify. In addition to the excellent tools for attracting customers, such as registration forms, automated flows and email campaigns that you can segment in great detail so that each message reaches the right customers.
Cons:
The only problem is that for the Latin market, messaging via WhatsApp is more important than SMS, as the app does. This is something that needs to evolve if it wants to improve in the Latin market.

Great SMS and Email Marketing tool for small and mid sized companies
Comments: For the moment we believe this is one of the best SMS and Email marketing tools available.
Pros:
The interface is one of the cleanest we've worked with, and it actually works! (Which is something unfortunately didnt happen with some other alternatives) Flows are easy to create, user profiles are really complete with all the info on a specific contact (if you have an ecommerce integration active)
Cons:
It does have a learning curve, but they provide plenty documentation and online courses to learn how to use it from beginner to advanced user.
Long-time user
Pros:
Easy to use, always releasing new features and product enhancements
Cons:
Support can be hit or miss, especially when it comes to more technical questions
Worst customer service
Comments: Again, when I ask them nicely to remove another featured they added and we never asked for, I am asked the same questions 3 times in a row and ultimately treated like a robot. Different agents, but same behaviour. And the attitude? It's like they all have a bad day!
Pros:
Not much to be honest, maybe how you display the numbers
Cons:
How various customer agents treated me, like I am mentally disabled

Easy to use, PHENOMENAL customer support, key features, zero worry about reliability.

Klaviyo: Advanced Segmentation but lacking in SMS Capabilities
Comments: As a marketer, Klaviyo has been a game-changer for certain of my clients. Its powerful segmentation and automation tools allow me to create highly targeted and personalized email campaigns. This is perfect for some businesses, helping lead to increased engagement and sales. One things I wish they could do was improve the SMS capabilities to make a really robust platform that does specifically what some ecommerce clients need.
Pros:
Klaviyo's best features include: 1) creating targeted campaigns and automating email workflows 2) detailed insights into email performance to be able to measure ROI 3) integrates with many ecommerce platforms and tools.
Cons:
The biggest con is that advanced features can be complex to navigate. But also the cost, as pricing plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses or anyone with limited email marketing budgets. And an important one for certian users is that while Klaviyo offers SMS marketing, its much more limited compared to dedicated SMS platforms.

Great for email marketing, good returns when segmenting properly
Comments: It has been great! I've really enjoyed Klaviyo and think that it is the strongest ecom email platform on the market for Shopify merchants. The customization of emails is relatively easy, it has robust feature sets for additions like reviews and sms, and their flows are a hugely important piece to generate passive income. I'd recommend Klaviyo as long as the person onboarding new tools understood how pricing structure works.
Pros:
We like to ability to have a strong integration with Shopify and how easy it is to sync lists between other platforms and Klaviyo.
Cons:
The hardest things about Klaviyo are understanding pricing around profiles, and how to justify the growing cost of the platform when competitors are starting to flank them on pricing vs features.

Easy to implement, good a/b test features
Pros:
Klaviyo is easy to use, implement, and set up. The customer service responded quickly, and there are tons of material to check online if you are stuck with a feature. I love the A-test features on popups and emails. Good integration with Shopify.
Cons:
The review form is only in one language.
Market leading tool!
Pros:
Klaviyo is SO good! It's really intuitive and I've found it the best platform of all emailers.
Cons:
The price scaling turns a bit too fast for my liking...

There was quite a few things: - Just the general ease of use - Analytics - SMS features - Segment & List optimization - Campaign editing and scheduling features There's more but that's just a few.
Cons:
Honestly nothing I can think of. Our experience with Klaviyo has been a very positive one.

One of the Best Solutions for Internet Retail
Pros:
Very easy-to-use platform, You can setup multiple types of automation campaigns specific to your type of retail. Abandoned Carts etc.
Cons:
The pricing model is per store or site, We own about 6 different brands so not able to use sends between brands so have to be very selective of the plans required. Also, there was an auto plan where it automatically removes users that have unsubscribed and lowers the plan tiers.

Comments: Overall I've been very happy with Klaviyo and appreciate its focus on email marketing and SMS rather than trying to be the tool for everything.
Pros:
I use Klaviyo for my email newsletter. It's been a smooth process overall. I've had no issues importing and managing lists and contacts and have been happy with its design capabilities, deliverability, and analytics.
Cons:
As my list grows, I'm a little weary of the pricing for larger audiences, but that is only an issue I see down the line.
Best tool for ecommerce
Pros:
You don't need coding or a dedicated IT team to use Klaviyo and still you get to build all your transactional comms and tailor the experience for your customers. The documentation in Klaviyo Academy is amazing, other platforms give you articles, Klaviyo give you videos. Integrations work great, event if it takes a couple of minutes to trigger the actions.
Cons:
They have a small delay in user-triggered actions. You can integrate with many many tools, but be patient with the triggers. Sometimes you may think you automation is not working properly but it's just that Klaviyo is taking a couple of minutes to pull the information from the third-party tool.
Best ESP out there for any Ecommerce business
Comments: All aspects, including user-friendly design, segment creation, list management, prebuilt email templates, a drag-and-drop editor, custom reporting, and customer support, are excellent..
Pros:
I have been using Klaviyo for the last 4, 5 years for different clients from across the globe, it is very easy to use, and easy to integrate with any tool, and the functionality and the features are fantastic

There is nothing that I don't like about this tool.
6+ Years on Klaviyo
Pros:
I love the ease of use, likely because we've used it for so long and I'm so familiar with the platform. When they do make updates, it's not too much at once in the way many companies go about updating. The email editor is simple, the ability to a/b test is as well. Overall great functionality.
Cons:
I think the native content boxes can be more customizable although they are improving slowly. I'd love to be able to set the font sizes on mobile to be a percentage of the size on desktop instead of choosing multiple font sizes. They used to have amazing support, it's nowhere near where it used to be.

Comments: It has been a positive experience with Klaviyo, their 3rd party integrations are also very good, such as with Google Ads. It offers lots of features enabling you to improve overall marketing efforts

Advanced system with a wealth of features oftne not available from competitors, and those that are available from competitors, Klaviyo often does them better

It can be more tricky than other platforms to get to grips with and its strengths lie in dedicating a good amount of time into it before you can get the best out of it

Comments: I use it mainly for my e-commerce store, to send various email sequences to customers, for example, to welcome them after they subscribe or engage with them after they visit a page without buying.
Pros:
Klaviyo is easy to use and very powerful for e-commerce businesses especially. I like the templates available and the AI features they added.

Of course, there is a learning curve to learn all the functionalities available, but there are plenty of videos and tutorials to get help.

Powerful tool to automate
Pros:
The functions of creating messages in automated templates with design tools for mobile devices are what I like the most, also working with automation in emails.
Cons:
Just an issue with setting up a template that was integrated into an email response system, this is the only issue we've had.
