There have been continual developments which have tackled some issues with the early versions of Vetscope and have greatly enhanced functionality over the years. Helpful and friendly support is always at hand. Very happy with the current offering - very good package.

> **Pros**: Comprehensive software that encompasses all areas of practice management. With many practice management software the accountancy portion is generally tacked on to the patient management software. In Vetscope accountancy component is the starting point on which a robust patient management system has been built. I have used this software in equine, mixed and companion animal practices and I've never felt it came up short. Prescription and stock management modules, once setup correctly are accurate and easy to run reports. One of the best features of this business and software is the support from knowledgeable staff - I have yet to have an issue that could not be solved.

> **Cons**: The calendar module is not online and this has been a difficulty for me. When I approached the team about this they found a solution and I am confident that this will be solved soon with a major update - when it is - this con is gon e\!

> As a user of this software for over 20 years I have watched it evolve. The ipad app is a game changer for our staff on the road saving hours in putting calls in and sending out prescriptions at time of administration. I have no reservations in recommending it.
