Great way to find motivated hungry recruitment agents you may never have found.
Comments: 2 new recruiters I would never have spoken to.
Pros:
I like the bidding system where recruiters bid and pitch for your business. I ended up getting bids from smaller recruitment companies who were specialised in that area and you could tell from the effort they put into their pitch that they would work hard on your open positions.

Time saving applicant tracking system
Comments: Very good, great customer service, any problem is resolved on the same day.
Pros:
Occupop is easy to deploy. We had roles posted on the same day of purchase. Also easy to use, both for admins but also end-users.
Cons:
Sometimes it creates multiple candidate profiles even if the email address is the same.

Pros:
Ease of use, cv rating ranks the appropriateness of candidates for the job being applied for.
Cons:
once selected, cv is not available for review to check again.
Functional and easy
Comments: Very good, im happy ewe chose this product.
Pros:
Great to manage one platform but pul infrom all areas. Great to automatically link to our own website, saves tiime and energy. Lots of templates and simple, timesaving functions.
Cons:
Could have easier templates to help write job specs. Sometimes the indeed syncing isnt as up to date or easy to mange the spomnsored ads.

Cons:
Interface at times not user friendly, when advertising for multiple roles can be a bit confusing useful to have something to identify if a CV has been posted for several jobs within the company.

Glad i switched over to Occupop.
Pros:
I like most how easy it is to use. you can have the best system but if it is hard to use, managers won't touch it. It used to be like pulling teeth asking my managers to use our old system. They always questioned where the candidate was in the process, did they accept the position, asked for feedback on the initial call. With Occupop, I don't have to worry about all the questions/email update requests, etc. anymore and it has saved me so much time.
Cons:
I wish i could call into customer service and the dashboard analytics were more customizable.

Comments: The ease of tracking applications through to offering, makes it so easy and saves so much time.
Pros:
I find this programme so easy to use, it is so easy to track applicants. The candidate scores have been very accurate to date.
Cons:
Sometimes we get applications from abroad, I am unaware if there is a facility to narrow the applicant range...

Pros:
Very user-friendly ATS system and would recommend it for any small businesses looking for a system to streamline this recruitment.
Cons:
very difficult to implement multiple interview processes. The data and reporting do not offer the raw and detailed data required for being data-driven. Limited integration offerings
Recruitment made easy
Comments: Occupop has saved us time and money, making a complex field of recruitment options much more easy to track and manage,
Pros:
Pulling multiple recruitment channels into one tool makes recruitment a lot easier to manage.
Cons:
Changing interview attendees - when managers have to swap their schedules around - not currently possible - this would be very useful as it happens a lot.

Good for a new startup product, room for improvements but happy with experience so far
Comments: It has improved our resourcing procedures and streamlined some elements, including removing some of the more manual elements of the work.
Pros:
Relatively easy to you, some very useful features such as interview scheduling, automated templates etc. which are all easy to use
Cons:
Missing some key features, such as ability to search through candidates with keywords, system can be slow moving between profiles, reporting needs improvement such as the ability to export reports etc.

Occupop - Ease of use
Comments: Its been a massive help as we try to grow staff numbers in UK and Ireland
Pros:
We have been using Occupop for a few years, we advertised up to 60 jobs at any time, and find the system to be perfect for our needs, easy to use, easy to train colleagues and its been something we couldn't have done without.
Cons:
Would like a text sms system, this would help us keep in touch with applicants
Excellent Recruitment Tool
Comments: It has help immensely with the recruitment process. Due to the nature of the industry we are in, we are frequent users of Occupop.
Pros:
Allows you to view previous job applicants, and highlight any serial / repeat applicants
Cons:
Does not flag residential status. Numerous candidates from non EU countries applying.
Great System
Comments: It's a great tool for hiring.
Pros:
There is a broad range of websites integrated and that is most helpful.
Cons:
It would be nice to have the option to move applicants from one vacancy to another, as we have multiple positions opened.
Good Platform
Pros:
Easy to use platform, helpful in managing vacancy posts, tracking applicants and selecting candidates.
Cons:
I found sometimes applicants that received a "thumbs down" would still show on the list of applicants, wasting time having to click through every time.
Satisfied with Occupop
Pros:
It's easy to organise interviews.
Cons:
I like how easy is to pick a person for interview.

Comments: The Team [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are fantastic. Always on hand always happy to help, no question is silly and extremely knowledgeable.
Pros:
Easy to advertise, very easy to track and very easy to navigate
Cons:
I don't like how the advertisements look, the font and layout doesn't always look professionally written. I would like the 2 choices when setting up a screen call or Interview in the templates, currently it says Interview. This would be most helpful in showing how busy the recruiter is. Set alerts after a certain period of time the user is sent an alert to say a certain document has not been returned. Connect our company LinkedIn with Occupop - CV to go directly into Occupop. When sending a message CV to the Hiring Manager I would like to be able to send to several hiring managers at the same time. I would like the software to remember the email addresses of external people I would like invited team members list to come up alphabetically not jumbled I would like a test Job Site for users to view new forms/paperwork etc. I have other ideas I believe would be of benefit to new Occupop or potential Occupop purchasers

A solid option for ATS
Pros:
From the initial adoption of the system, things ran very smoothly. The clean and simplistic user interface ensures staff can pick it up very quickly. Very customisable to meet your needs. Workflows that make sense can be created. Posting to multiple job sites takes no time at all and can also be arranged through the system. The option to send personalised emails out in bulk is also useful.
Cons:
Would like to see integration with HR systems if at all possible.

Comments: Overall it has been a good experience so far.
Pros:
It is very user friendly, and well laid out.
Cons:
One aspect for us is we have strict vetting and screening to adhere to being in security. We find the application aspect difficult as we would need 5 years worth of employment history with no gaps, so therefore would love the option on the application section to not just be one large text box but that they are unable to continue past without completing a full 5 year work history. As we find with just one large text box people are not completing it accurately and bypassing it.

Comments: Getting greater exposure across multiple job platforms when advertising roles. Getting decent response rates for professional and trade role advertised.
Pros:
The fact it's linked to the IFRAME on our website is great. Copy link function for other site to ensure that all cv's come through Occupop a good feature. With our packake send cv to hiring manager also a good function.
Cons:
Nothing to note, very easy to use overall.

Great Recruirment
Comments: Its great tool. Optimize all recruitment process.

Comments: From day 1 the support I have received has been second to none.[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been so helpful I can pick up the phone anytime and he will sort any query ,he is fantastic at his job and has made the whole experience very easy.I recommend Occupop to everyone I know in recruitment.The great thing is that you can try before you buy,and I assure you once you try it you won't do without it!

I cant reccommend Occupop highly enough.It has been the best thing I have brought into my Company,it cuts the role of recruitment in half. It's professional ,easy and interactive and i honestly could not be without it in my role.

Recruiting Made Easy
Comments: Its my go to place for recruitment now - and at the price how could it not be?
Pros:
I like that the software is user friendly, i also like once i post my job to bid recruit - its duplicates on all job boards applicable to me (I chose at my leisure) - Furthermore, its tell you exactly which site the applicant applied through - generating recruitment trends in your given sector. Its interesting to see the different level roles and which site is more popular for the different roles. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dashboard, all the stats I need at a glance, and I can clearly tell how well the roles are performing, a recent feature added which i also LOVE is the candidate questions; an applicant cant apply without answering mandatory questions (if you chose to set this feature, and btw its completely able for customization, eliminating mundane questions automatically and allowing you to completely personalise)
Cons:
I would love if a sector of activity catagory was added in the company profile section - right now we are listed as engineering - Construction and Trades would be a good sector to add ;)

BidRecruit - A fantastic tool!
Comments: From the moment we subscribed to BidRecruit, we haven't looked back. It takes the pain out of recruiting. We had another account with a different jobs website and due to the success of BidRecruit in finding candidates for our organisation, we have decided to phase the other website out in 2019. It's also pleasing to see a small company grow rapidly, a very deserved success!
