Comments: It helps in review and check-in, and goal management for all employees. We majorly use 30 days and 90 days feedback.
Pros:
Anonymous Reviews, a very user-friendly tool, integration is easy and quick.
Cons:
At times it's difficult for me to search for a specific report.
Tools for Building my Success
Pros:
I really enjoy this tool in tracking my performance throughout the week, day, year! It allows me to see and track performance statistics I would rather not be able to view at other companies I have experienced in the past. This really allows me to pin point my performance and become not only better at my job for myself but to become more of an asset for my company.
Cons:
There is not really much I don't like about the PerformYard tools. If there is one thing I would say that could be better, it would be ability to get more updates sooner to my performance tracking.
User Friendly
Pros:
I like how its really easy to use. It took me 10 minutes to input my goals, for example. That's important as I don't want to take away too much time from my work.
Cons:
Given it's basic, I am afraid it won't be as useful.

Comments: Having also served as a senior NCO in the military and having to author performance reviews and manage others in performing annual reviews, I appreciate having one site to use and being able to quickly and easily look over different team members information.
Pros:
I like the one stop shopping. It combines employee information, performance review, goals and feedback. I also appreciate the spell-checker and email reminders.
Cons:
Although the webapp is fairly easy to use I was a little confused on editing or updating the Goals.

We are able to setup collaborative goal and objective for corporate and every employees is working to ensure the goal is achieve. Manage worker performance rating and provide training for worker that is short in the performance appraisal report.
Cons:
Easy to use with simple operation to track and monitor worker monthly performance. No dislike from me.

Comments: Great, it is an ease and simple platform. Tracks necessary information without unnecessary complexities.

The simple interface and usability. Tracking quarterly goals ask steps. Like having a quick check list option for reaching goals, this helps me stay on track and lets my manger view where I am in completing a set goal at anytime.

Easy and simple interface. The ability to track my progress and personal goals within a team is extremely helpful.

Performyard has a customizable Performance management system that helps to organize according to our specific needs. Also has user friendly interface.
Cons:
For smaller organizations the pricing might be a bit high compared to other performance management tools.

The reminder emails need to be changed to only be sent to recipients with incomplete tasks.
Perform Yard is a valuable tool to track personal performance.
Pros:
I like that my imitate supervisor and the supervisor above them can see all of the goals that I have put in place for myself. I like that I can set my own performance goals but that my supervisor can also set goals for me. Being able to set goals for myself is very empowering.
Cons:
Perform Yard is great. The thing that I like least about it doesn't really have anything to do with the software. What I like the least is that my coworkers do not seem to be embracing it. Perform Yard offers such a great chance for self improvement and accountability. So far according to my coworkers I am the only one who is actually using it.
