Straight to the point, good all round

Comments: Superb, no issues or anything that would make me want to use a contending product.

Pros:

Very simple to use, very clear, lots of features available provided in an easy to configure way

Cons:

Payments to the account could be made a bit faster, especially as some vendors now offer much faster payment times

Loving Square Point of Sale

Comments: Overall very positive, and I recommend to anyone that does electronic sales/needs a terminal that I come in contact with on a day-to-day basis.

Pros:

Square Point of Sale has been very easy to use, easy to integrate and wonderful for keeping track of day-to-day sales. Very low customer complaints, and no problems during in-person sales. Hand-held device is very convenient, easy to transport and take to different locations

Cons:

Given the NYS laws, and how/what our orders are, we are not a fan of the $0.x cent charge per order- would be much easier to just have the flat percentage. Also given the nature of our business, would be helpful to have a straight charge, not different for "card present" or not.

It’s super easy to use and it’s also easy to set up. No complaints.

Cons:

Sometimes wouldn’t connect and had to troubleshoot

Comments: I am happy with Square POS. And I recommend it for any mobile consumer services company. Ease of use, set up and customer service is great!

Pros:

Easy set up. The set up tools were not distracting, had a way to see where you are in the process, so you don't miss anything. Ease of deployment. My employees are of varying ages and tech experience. This product was easy to teach to my users. Clients know the name Square. They trust their information is secure. They are also impressed with the NPC ability to tap to pay with our phones.

Cons:

The readers may not be necessary. I thought at the time of setup that I needed 5 readers, so I could have saved myself an initial investment. We are a fully mobile company, so our POS is on our phones. The NPC capability makes the (occasionally glitchy) readers obsolete.

Comments: over all i think its a great product and we realistically dont have any complaints.

Pros:

I love that it is again very user friendly and the processing fees are low and the processing speed is fast.

Cons:

I dont like that you cant go back and look at a last name from the card used in processing of a payment u would have to go on line and do 4 different steps if you needed to clarify an error .
