(It says it’s listed but cannot find listing after hours of searching) Support hours do not line up with international time zones. It felt that the datas are secure safely and the guests personal information are handled securely during checkout payment of their reservations. The value is good for paying monthly subscription for 5 properties. > > **Cons**: Payment processing can do better specially the verifying of identity, this should come default and not extra feature that you need to pay. There is no phone support at all, you will be lucky if you will get a prompt reply when you use the email or chat feature. That is really a downer for me is the customer service can do a lot more better.
