Comments: Our overall experience is positive and the platform works and reports well.
Pros:
Showpass is a local business and our company loves to work with other local businesses. We love a good alternative to the high fees of the larger platforms. It's easy to use and we can customize so much without Showpass stepping in.
Cons:
We have lots of demands and some of the features are not there or slow to implement or complete.

Comments: Overall the communication has been excellent! Responsiveness to urgent matters have always been addressed in a timely manner. With Showpass's industry leading technology and service, we feel that we can trust ShowPass not only as our platform but as apart of our Team, always striving for our mutual success!
Pros:
Showpass is a technology first company who values relationships and new ideas. The looking glass through which they see the venue, festival, and direct-to-artist ticketing marketplace is thoroughly refreshing compared to the old monopolistic ways of a soon to be by gone era.
Cons:
We would like to see their old App version removed from the App/Play stores as it is confusing to end users on which one to use.

easy to learn and set up for the basic event build

scheduling is horrible for ticket launch and cant combine tickets after launch

Comments: Excellent, I had never set up a ticketed event before, there was lots of help, and it just keeps getting easier and easier.
Pros:
That it is Canadian, and located in the same province as our business. Any time I have a problem, there is help right away.
Cons:
There are a couple things in the reports I wish I could find, but to be fair, I have not asked and maybe I'm just not looking in the right spots.

Comments: Overall, Showpass has been great to work with and has elevated our ticketing experience.
Pros:
Their client support team is very quick to respond and help with anything that we need! Additionally, they have been able to innovate and build new features that have greatly improved our event set up.
Cons:
We've had a bit of trouble with scanning in the past but the Showpass team was helpful in finding solutions for our issues.

Affordable fees and easy use interface. The metrics are easy to interpret and are helpful when booking future events.
Cons:
I would like the mobile app version to be able to access the same dashboard as a laptop browser.

Better than Ticketmaster
Comments: I enjoyed using this ticket merchant more than ticketmaster and the fees were significantly less
Pros:
The user interface was rather simple and made it easy when transferring tickets through friends
Cons:
It didn't have many events listed for sale that were too relevant to my area

Showpass is amazing!
Comments: Great! All the events I go to in Calgary primarily use Showpass and it's nice to not think or stress about getting tickets.
Pros:
Convienence! Showpass is super convienent for all the shows that I go to. It's easy to log in find tickets and download then even right outside venue entrances.
Cons:
Logging in can sometimes be a pain, but other than that it's easy to use.

Great ticketing service for throwin concerts!
Comments: I have had zero issues in setting up and selling tickets, scanning tickets at concerts and payment has been very prompt.
Pros:
Very easy to use. Staff are very helpful when things go wrong and reply to the chat window really fast. Event set-up is largely intuitive, ticket scanning was flawless. Low fees for customers, lots of fees payee selections . Emailing all guests is great. I don't know how much going into the weeds is valuable here, but I can say that this service has been excellent and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons:
One of the only thing I can think of is that some of the language/terminology isn't clear at first, but the FAQ really helps with that so it's not a real issue. 1 thing I wish was clearer though is that I had to absorb a lot of fees in order to do full refunds for a cancelled event. I was told I would be invoiced. It wasn't super clear to me in all the reporting exactly what amount was what I paid. The breakdowns are numerous, there's a lot of info which is great, but that one thing wasn't clear to me. For my year end, doing my taxes, it would be nice to demonstrate that amount separately instead of it being included in the rest of the overall amounts. Support emails aren't replied to quickly, but then again the chat window is extremely fast and much more efficient for dealing with multiple issues at once, so forget that, I'm looking for flaws where there haven't really been any. None of this is really a big issue.
Showpass Is Easy To Use And Continues To Improve
Comments: When we first started using Showpass there were many features not yet working properly or not fully developed, but the Showpass team has listened to suggestions from their clients and have been working steadily on improving the product. Many new features have been created that continually make it easier to use the Showpass ticketing system, and I am pleased with the overall improvements. I have faith that this product will continue to improve and exceed industry standards!

General Admission events are very easy to set up and put on sale quickly.
Cons:
Some basic features are missing for assigned seating set up (example: a proper hold feature for large events), but the development team is working on this.

Feature rich, great value and excellent customer support
Pros:
- Price: ShowPass provides a robust set of features for the price. - Customer Support: The ShowPass team is outstanding at supporting clients, including having a dedicated point of contact and high responsiveness. - Simple basic interface: It offers an easy and quick setup of events with options to include advanced features.
Cons:
- Too basic food, beverage and retail components: These could be expanded to allow for more control over the sale of items during events. Also, POS capabilities are very limited.
Great customer service, highly customizable platform
Pros:
Working with the Showpass team, setting up and implementing Showpass software, using the Showpass app, amazing response times to questions and issues that arise, finding customzation that fit our organization and our Showpass usage
Cons:
Sometimes the back end can be a bit counterintuitive, with settings in unexpected places, but mostly we've had a great experience
Using Showpass for consumer show ticketing
Comments: Not bad, could be worse. They have good customer service.
Pros:
Easy to set up, I like the live event tracking for ticket scanning
Cons:
extra fees. I hate that we are forced to use it because of agreements with the venues that we rent.
A Great Tool For Nonprofits
Pros:
Easy to use and to set up, everything was in one place and customer service is great and very responsive.
Cons:
Nothing that I can think of right now. It was a great tool for our event.

Comments: I 100% recommend Showpass to any venue that uses ticketing. It is another outlet for customers to purchase tickets. It's easy and they send a will call list before every event.
Pros:
I like how they are another ticketing outlet choice for our customers.
Cons:
I haven't found anything that isn't beneficial to our venue yet.

Only con is the cost, cost is more than reasonable though in comparison to other similar providers.
Online ticket purchasing a breeze
Comments: Time is of the essence so I just want a quick and easy way to purchase tickets for my event and my experience with Showpass was just that. A few clicks and I was able to checkout and the payment process was a breeze.
Pros:
Great user interface which was easy to navigate. Also very easy to navigate their site from a mobile device.
Cons:
Pricing for the event was a bit high but I don't think this is a Showpass issue
