Great App if You Want to Make Sales

Comments: It's been great, since day one this company keeps updating its App and it just get better and better, I like his you tube channel and how close they are to their partners.

Pros:

its simplicity inside the platform, it is very friendly and easy to navigate, the templates they provide are very professional and the whole App looks very polished

Cons:

I have to check with them if I clean my lists and got less contacts, will they downgrade my plan automatically?

Cons:

There’s very little to dislike, but one area that could be improved is the pricing structure for smaller businesses. It would be great if there were more flexible pricing options for those just starting out.

Brands. Sales. Automatic.

Pros:

It does help your push/force sales based off its automated system set up. It also helps towards branding your emails.

Cons:

As far as integration and it’s deliverability rate? It’s not the greatest. I have a huge issue about it’s ability to deliver ALL of my interactions, this is essentially what this specific software is made for.

Pros:

Omnisend has been a great ESP solution for my business. I have used several marketing & digital platforms in my professions career and overall, the ease of use and features for the cost are outstanding.

Cons:

Inability to have more custom landing pages and use custom domains for landing pages

A great Shopify marketing platform!

Comments: Their dev team is available, will get on a call with you, and will help you troubleshoot any issues!

Pros:

Data sync with Shopify and you can easily setup automations and campaigns off of that data.

Cons:

Missing some features in reporting and automations and sms that would be extremely helpful.

Comments: Great experience over the past 5 years working with Omnisend. Would highly recommend it for small and medium-sized businesses.

Pros:

I love to use Omnisend for small to medium-sized businesses! As an agency we have used a number of email marketing platforms and the support and customization that we receive from Omnisend is top-notch given the affordable pricepoint.

Cons:

There can be some bugs when building emails (nothing that would prevent use) but their team works hard to rectify them if you log them to support.

The ready to go templates and the ability to build marketing emails with content pulled directly from your website. Saves a ton of time not having to do a write up for every featured item.

Cons:

Limited product layout templates. Would like to see more product layout formats rather than just the three available by default.

Comments: I think the support is great and the product works well. I'm very happy.

Pros:

I find Omnisend very easy to use whenever I want to create a campaign or an automation. I don't use it to its full potential but I have enjoyed using it over the years and send things out via Omnisend daily.

Cons:

For my more limited use, based in South Africa where the $ is much stronger than the local currency, it's a bit expensive for my business.

This is a solid email marketing platform.

Comments: It has been a good platform. The revenue reporting was good and accurate. Automations are drag and drop so that is very easy to use.

Pros:

It is a great platform with a lot of capabilities related to email marketing. The major upside is list delivery rates and protecting your domain from appearing as spam. Support was always good and responsive.

Cons:

Understanding the steps related to sending the first campaign. After that, it was great.

Great product, needs more freedom of sending.

Comments: Overall it's good. I would entertain a different company if we could just send to our contact list as it stands, instead of spending whole weeks of hours each year clearing out people who want to be on our list but who usually only buy once ever year to two years due to the great lasting standard of our product.

Pros:

Streamlined and quick, user friendly. Has some interesting tools that make sending emails quick.

Cons:

We have a high-ticket item and decades-lasting product. Our products are things that men hand down to sons. So having to keep my contacts so strictly under 1% disengaged if very trying. We only send to people who willingly sign up and it takes me longer each week to keep these contacts something that Omnisend wants it to be than a collective 6 months of writing email content!

Great tool to start building your email strategy

Pros:

Omnisend is beautiful and fast. I've seen some very ugly interfaces and Omnisend was a pleasant surprise. I'm amazed at how fast it builds segments and exports. Other tools (more expensive) take a lot of time to complete this simple task.

Cons:

If you integrate a lot of tools to your ecommerce, you may find Omnisend doesn't have an integration or if they do, they don't pull all the information. Just the basics, not enough to build all your transactional comms.

Overall, I do like the combine powerful features in straight forward and accessible way, especially for eCommerce looking to scale their marketing efforts.

Cons:

The SMS cost: SMS marketing is an excellent feature, it comes with additional costs in certain countries, and those cost can add up quickly if you are relying heavily on SMS alongside email marketing
