I finally found what I was searching for!
Comments: So far so good!
Pros:
The features are great and they actually work! After trying every software on capterra and more, FieldPulse allowed me to stop looking and get back to business. As an owner/operator I'm able to access the features I need in the field as well as the desktop. All the features are there in addition to many customization options. And the support is second to none. I've been able to get a human at all hours of the day and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Getting set up was a breeze and the support team guided me every step of the way (when needed). A slick gui AND good functionality? I'll take it.
Cons:
It could be more customizable, but isn't too limited. There are certain features that I'd like to see that aren't currently present, but then again no one does it all. And any software that had these features certainly lacked in most others. The team is also very responsive and interested in user feature requests. Sure, it's got it's bugs here and there. But when I mention one, the team usually knows about it and are on it already. That, or it was user malfunction.

5 star product with 5 star support behind it
Comments: Everything has been a great experience working their team. From the sales team to the onboarding and support teams, they were more useful and knowledgeable than their Service Titan counterparts, or other apps we’ve tried.
Pros:
The onboarding and support teams with Field Pulse have been far superior to our experiences with Service Titan or other products. The mobile app is also a vast improvement from other products and has virtually no limitations from the website features.
Cons:
The lack of payroll features is really the only issue I have with this product. It’s a fairly large issue for us but the support and development team has been working with me on workarounds.

Unethical Company
Comments: I would need app pages to describe the nightmare that this has been. There is a reason there is no feee trial and a reason it’s a year long commitment. Basically they promised me something 3 different times before I signed the contract that turned out not to be accurate. At first I asked for a solution only to be ignored. I would reach out for help. It would take days for anyone to respond and their response had no resolution. So I would reach out again and days or a week would go by without a response. Then I would get. Let me talk to my team. After a while of this I asked for a manager. Let’s just say 1 month later I have yet to speak to a Manager. They either ignore it or just lie. So now since they made assurances they did not keep I just want to be out of the contract because the software is useless to me. They said no. They want to hold me hostage and take my money for the next 11 months for a software I cannot use. Basically after you sign and get your onboarding you are on your own. I was supposed to get a customer success manager for help. Never did. Reached out multiple times asking why with no response. Any ethical company would just let me out of the contract so I can move on. They are not ethical. Do not sign this contract. You will be stuck. There are better options that are month to month

Honestly nothing. Other software does everything better. Without a year long contract
Cons:
Customer service is non existent. Misleading Unethical Software is not what they say it is Integrations are terrible

Comments: I give it a 10 out of 10. Customer service along with the onboarding process and the continued follow up after becoming a customer, I give them a 11 out of 10. They have made the switch over to them seamless. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone has been with Field Pulse.
Pros:
The team environment that customer service has with us. I like the ability to customize the forms to show what is needed and even to create our own forms to suit our needs. The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse. Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.
Cons:
When I have found something that did not work as efficient as it could the team at Field Pulse always has found a way to fix it. The ability to pull reports could be done better. The software is so detailed that sometimes pulling a simple report can be cumbersome.

One of the few times that cheaper paid off.
Comments: It is a well rounded field management software that isn't as popular as it should be. There was a time the Pricebook didn't work right, you couldn't add multiple quantities of a service which made it unusable, but they have since updated that and is the biggest reason I made the switch from HCP.
Pros:
I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options. There is a lot of customization. I love the pipeline and statuses of jobs, quotes, invoices, etc it's really helpful and of course all customizable.
Cons:
I was a little skeptical that I had to sign up for a year, something I wouldn't normally do, but having used it for a few months now, I'm really glad I did. With that said, I wish reporting was better and wish it looked more modern, it's definitely dated looking. I wish I felt like there was a bigger group of people using the software, like HCP, their Facebook group is large and very active. Always just relying on customer support is only one way to look at things. Overall I'm happy I'm with Fieldpulse, after having used Jobber and HCP for many years.

Comments: It’s been a game changer for us. We can customize just about anything we want to and have proper lines of communication while having everything scheduled. Everything is in one place in the Customer file which makes looking up things very easy!
Pros:
It keeps us organized, as well as providing very good communication between our customers and our team!
Cons:
Lack of automations. There’s some just not enough.

Ease of use. Being able to just click & hold to move schedules.

Not being able to delete scheduled things permanently when accidently duplicating. The program only allows you to cancel or archive.

Comments: It has been great. The on boarding was good, the team is helpful. If I have a concern they are generally already in the process of addressing the issue. If you are planning on growing a service business FieldPulse would be a great choice.
Pros:
I like being able to have a smooth and consistent customer facing platform for my residential plumbing home service business. My branding and logo are part of every communication. I call display my options on job with my logo as well. When a customer pays a bill they get an email sent to the address on file. There is a lot of little features like that that make the process feel smooth and easy. Furthermore they have a much better pricing point compared to some of the systems. All in all FieldPulse is great it is going to get better and my company will be able to grow by using Fieldpuse.
Cons:
There is some lag of features that are available in the United States that are not yet available in Canada, which is tough, but they are actively working on this issue and most have a timeline to be addressed in the near future. This is the only major fault I have experienced.

Comments: I have enjoyed FieldPulse , it has made my job much easier from using pen and paper to inputting it all into a database. I do like that FieldPulse is always looking to the future.
Pros:
I like the fact that I can use it on my PC, my laptop, my telephone, and all the information is the same. I am a one person owner/office worker and it makes my job much easier.
Cons:
I would have to say some of the fees that are associated with some of the add-ons.

Phenomenal scheduling and management software
Comments: Extremely positive, quickbooks 2 way integration, field pulse payments and dispatching has made business run so much smoother.
Pros:
The ease of dispatching and scheduling technicians.
Cons:
There representatives are not always the most supportive. We hear a lot that "there is an issue, field pulse will be up and running shortly. Will reach out soon" They did not lie issues are normally resolved quickly however, we never actually get a resolution email stating what caused the shut down.

Comments: I have had a phenomenal experience with FieldPulse so far! There are so many useful features and the support has been amazing. FieldPulse definitely gives my customers the professional and convenient experience they deserve. As my company grows, I’m looking forward to integrating even more of the features that are available with FieldPulse has to offer.
Pros:
I love the pricebook and being able to set up templates along with inventory capabilities. These things are much more makes my life a lot easier running this business by myself.
Cons:
The only issue I had is that the customer interface portal for scheduling does not block off my already scheduled appointments automatically. The other software I was looking into did not have that capability either. But this is not a big complaint because there is a new update that will integrate exactly what I’m looking for coming in a few weeks.

Outstanding Customer Support and Easy to Use
Pros:
For starters, FieldPulse customer support is outstanding! My Customer Success Specialist, [sensitive content hidden], promptly responds to all my inquiries. To me, great customer support is a priority, especially regarding the software I use to run my business. I've had bad experiences with companies who don't care much about their customers. So, seeing how attentive [sensitive content hidden] is to my needs is very refreshing. Secondly, the software is very easy to use. I was offered an onboarding/training call that I haven't done yet. But even without the training, I was able to hop in and start creating customers, estimates, and invoices in minutes. The very intuitive interface makes even a novice comfortable about using the system. I look forward to scheduling my training call to use all the features offered to help grow and manage my business.
Cons:
I guess one negative would be having to purchase add-ons to utilize the system fully. Having a business phone number tied into the system is a necessity. For that to happen with FieldPulse, you must purchase the Engage add-on, increasing the monthly cost. But with that said, they give you 5 new phone numbers and unlimited minutes and texts. Every correspondence is attached to the client dashboard. So now I use only one phone number to communicate with my clients instead of using FB Messenger, Instagram DMs, and personal text messages. It is much easier to keep track of everything this way. You can also port your existing phone number into the system if needed. Even with the extra monthly cost of the Engage add-on, FieldPulse is still cheaper than most other field management/CRM services available. So I guess the small increase in cost really isn't a negative after all.

Comments: Fantastic. Field Pulse gives me 90% of the functionality of other competing softwares, at 1/3 of the cost.
Pros:
Field Pulse is the lowest cost option in our industry and the simple setup is as quick and simple.
Cons:
UI could use some improvement and I’d love more customizable options, like custom fields that could be used in report building.

Great UI and efficiency
Comments: Overall, FieldPulse has allowed us to grow our business by nearly 180% over the past 12 months. The software greatly reduces the time requirements and cost of operating a separate CRM.
Pros:
The UI is optimized on Mo Ike for tracking job status and communicating with clients.
Cons:
Engage tends to be clunky and drop calls at times and we have struggled with push notifications for on-job comments.

Pros:
I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.
Cons:
What I like the least is the fact that it's rather pricey for a small business just starting out. Plus they don't give you a trial to use first. We had to purchase it first and there was a 15-day refund policy in place. But I would have preferred a trial without committing first.

Comments: Overall the experience has been great with the follow up from Holly, the system does needs some tweaks but we are getting it figured out.
Pros:
ease of navigation, good communication with our account manager Holly.
Cons:
the top columns need to stay as you scroll down in customer and in the invoice sections so you know what each column is. the down load for our customer file was an issue with how it intergrated. also the field payments messed up on the account set up which caused delays and issues. However a bright star with our account manager Holly Shelton really kept up on the issues and got them solved for me. thank you.

Managing FieldPulse
Comments: I have been pretty happy with FieldPulse and find that I can get help just a click of the question mark on the right of the screen.
Pros:
I like that you can assign a technician to a job, then follow them throughout the day and see how they progress.
Cons:
Just the learning curve, because FieldPulse is pretty user fieldly, I just need to know where and how to use. I've only been using a couple weeks.
