Alternatives Considered:

One of the best CRM solutions.

Comments: Very intuitive. Could be modified to adapt into the different solutions even by knowledgeable users. Price competitive solution. Easy to implement.

Pros:

It is integrated with the Outlook - no other application needed. Integration with the MS Office completely. Mobile application available and works.

Cons:

Sometimes slowing down or reducing performance of Outlook.

Comments: My experience is good. I just need more experience to take advantage of the potential of eWay. Such as quotes and their records, order records, invoice records, etc.

Pros:

I like creating of a new contact via AI, New dates, occasions and marketing campaign.

Cons:

It's a shame that only the desktop version is possible for marketing campaigns. It's also not clear whether I'm logging into the desktop or online version.

Comments: I think the system should have more possibilities, and if it does, there should be materials available to help you get to know all of them

Pros:

i like that you can easily add new project, deal etc

Cons:

the system layout is not very clear, I don't know all the functionalities of the system and they are not clear to me, I don't know if it's possible to download reports

Comments: Very good, works ok, takes some time to upload every time we open outlook

Pros:

works on top of outlook it can be adjusted to our needs

Cons:

mobile app some customizations that are impossible of doing not being able to have a trigger with Zapier

Pros:

it can be managed and updated from any area we are present.

Cons:

little difficulties in using the online web page. In ourlook the deals and contact entry is easy
