> **Pros**: iRecall has lessened the workload of producing patient reminders significantly. It is a reliable addition to our current vet software/patient reminder set up.

> **Cons**: There was quite a bit time and info required for the initial set up/integration but once we had that sorted it has been running itself in the background perfectly.
> 
> iRecall has been an excellent addition to our practice as it significantly reduced the time spent producing and double checking reminders. We use the vaccine \& parasiticides module alongside our own reminders set up in RxWorks and this has proved beneficial. The system is reliable and works seamlessly in the background. Any minor issue I have had with wording or set up of the reminders is quickly resolved via email or phone call with the team.

> **Pros**: The reminders are sent out on time without any fuss to our clients phones or emails. The clients have been really supportive \& thank us for the initiative. We are also seen as being progressive \& using technology to keep in touch with our clients \& enhance the quality of patient care that we offer.
There is no waste of staff time with printing \& enveloping of mail, plus the huge saving in postage.
We can easily customise it to suit changes to reminders.
iRecall has grown our business with vaccinations, parasiticides and flea \& tick products.

> **Pros**: Love that the SMS shows our clinic name, daily reminders are sent without any manual processing, saves staff time to print \& fold letters, saves printing \& postage costs. Clients love the reminders plus a link can be included for our website bookings

> **Cons**: only comment would be re: parasiticide reminders  - reminder is generated from the purchase date \& sometimes this doesn't match with the clients actual dosing date. A bit of a fiddle to modify in Rworks as involves creating a new visit \& adding a no charge entry for the desired product, in order to make reminder be generated for correct dosage date.  Despite this, overall not to many comments from owners about incorrect dosing dates

> freeing up staff time on generating reminder runs, printing, folding \& posting, more vaccinations done at the time of being due, in some cases even coming in a few weeks early. Steady flow of vaccination appointments with daily reminders (previously with fortnight reminder run there would be peaks \& troughs of vaccination appointments).
