When tracking larger numbers or customer accounts this really helped us to stay on top of our game to manage things so we knew what needed to go to collections or which customers we needed to notify about unpaid balances or past due amounts. Being able to use the Collections feature area and see right away what the "Delinquent" numbers were is really helpful, and you can see by customer/company below how much is due and how many days late they are. Previously we tracked a lot of information on spreadsheets which was an absolute mess, and this really helped to clean that data up, especially when we needed to report it up or out. Being able to enter invoice information and track that was a game changer as well. For the pricing it's well worth it. You have about three or four different options for the Financial Cloud > > **Cons**: The Receivables area took a bit to get used to to be honest. Once we were trained on it it's pretty easy to navigate through but the first week was a little rough. You have menus along the left side of your screen and on your top with customer data below that and sometimes it's a little confusing because it can look a bit busy. > > Overall, it's a great tool, especially for receivables, collections, and past due tracking.
