Pros:
I appreciate how Lattice provides a customizable solution that our People Team has tailored to foster a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and accountability. This customization enhances performance for both employees and managers.
Cons:
I do not have any cons with Lattice. Lattice is helping our organizations enhance our performance in every area possible.
Technology Company 1 year review
Comments: Overall it has been great, it takes a good year, and reminders, to get staff and managers to utilize the tools it offers. But once they start using the system they enjoy and get value from it. This was particularly obvious during review periods where a lot of the needed information was already available in the goals and one-on-one meetings.
Pros:
Documenting and assisting managers and staff with one on ones. Goal setting options and customization
Cons:
There have been a few custom reports or tweaks that would be nice. Lattice is linked directly to our HRIS and we can not make changes in Lattice that are not in the HRIS - Example, if we wanted a person to be a shared manager or supervisor in Lattice, but did not want to make that change in HRIS.
Lattice UX
Pros:
It has good UX for employees and on the administrative side. Lattice Grow is a great feature that incorporates in to employee 1:1's and also the performance review cycle

it can be really tricky to make changes
Lattice + Slack Integration
Comments: I have only used Lattice a couple time when giving feedback on colleagues via our Slack integration. Overall, it is a good experience.
Pros:
I appreciate that our "Praise" channel is integrated within Lattice (or vice versa) - that allows one to document feedback for colleagues and share it with the HR Team while also praising the colleague publicly within the organization.
Cons:
I would like lattice to be tied to my HR or Benefits which is Rippling
Employee Engagement at its Finest!
Comments: It is a great tool, easy to use and simple to set up. The Lattice team is incredible and always available to help troubleshoot, set up and guide us whenever the need arises.
Pros:
The survey feature is a great tool for our company. We use this to gain valuable insights into the sentiments of employees regularly over the year. We also make use of the reviews feature twice a year to conduct our performance feedback cycles. These are wonderful tools for managers who have all the previous feedback, 1:1s, updates and other data from Lattice at hand when completing their performance reviews.
Cons:
I find the data quite difficult to navigate with certain features. Some of the analytics are really amazing, and the info we get from the surveys is really wonderful. However, when it comes to more intricate reporting Lattice doesn't make it easy to find the data I am looking for. For example, figuring out which managers have not yet completed their downwards reviews.
1.5 Years Later - An Honest Lattice Review
Comments: Fantastic - everyone from tech support to our implementation team, customer success representative are so helpful. They are always willing to hear product feedback, accept ideas and help to advise on your strategy. I truly look to the Lattice team as an extension of my own - they are true partners and the gold standard when it comes to customer service.
Pros:
With Lattice, not only is the platform great as a full "people success" suite of tools, but it is easy to use and easy to implement and enhance thanks to Lattice's fantastic team of client support (tech support, implementation consultants, customer success reps, etc...). From our perspective, we initially purchased Lattice as a solution to a manual and broken performance management process, but what we got was so much more than that. Now, we are using the tool to help manage and scale our compensation structure and practices across our organization and enhance our bonus payout process using Compensation Cycles. We are also developing comprehensive career pathing tools to help our employees better understand what their career trajectory could look like with us. That alone has helped us improve our people success strategy by lightyears and we are still barely scratching the surface of this tool's true impact and capability.
Cons:
Two things - 1. It is not cheap (but with that, you get what you pay for and this tool is worth every penny) and 2. It is very customizable and has a ton of capabilities - so don't go into it without a basic understanding/strategy of how you will use the tools (do this to help maximize your user adoption, spend and overall value)
Lattice Review - NonProfit Org
Pros:
I like modern and sleek look of Lattice and how many different features they have. It's really useful to be able to add on the features and I know Lattice is always creating more. The thing I LOVE the most about Lattice is their customer support options. They have sooo many useful tutorials and the chat support is always available and incredibly fast and helpful.
Cons:
Lattice has a ton of functionality but occasionally I find moments where they are missing features I find basic like dates appearing in the performance review packets or ability to mass download data.
A nice way of showing you care
Comments: Overall, I love lattice and I use it absolutely every week. I love seeing the feedback I received, and I also appreciate the exceptional work my colleagues do and that's a way of spending a few minutes and shouting out the good things they have done.
Pros:
I'm gonna be honest and say that the best feature offered by Lattice by far is the feedback that you can provide and receive. Depending on your team and your own performance, you can end up having a library of impressive feedbacks showing your commitment to your work or to your team. It is a great way of building up morale and also it is easier to get a pay rise when you have literally hundreds of good feedbacks about your work ethics.
Cons:
Lattice tries to do a little bit of everything and sometimes it comes short. For instance, after a review with my manager, the platform try to create a checklist of everything that has been discussed and prepares that for the next week. In a lot of ways, it is a positive, but for some reason, it feels like it comes up short.
Alternatives Considered:
Implemented Lattice last year
Comments: Lattice is a great tool, but some setting it up can be confusing and you really need managers to see the value in these features and buy in to get high utilization.
Pros:
For performance management + employee engagement, their features are super helpful. Reviews, Feedback, 1:1s, and Grow offer a lot of great features to identify, record, and improve performance of each employee. All the features tie into one another so it's really comprehensive. The Engagement feature is great for administering surveys to gather feedback + build action plans, which you can do within the platform as well. They also just rolled out AI in their platform which is pretty cool.
Cons:
Setting up the platform or trying to navigate it is at times confusing and not intuitive - for example, it requires a few extra clicks to get where you want to be, or if you want to change a specific option you may have to upload a spreadsheet instead of there just being a setting, etc. Not the end of the world but like I said can be confusing. It's also pricier than other options out there.
Solid Employee Engagement Platform
Comments: The tool is very useful and we've had a chance to get things up and running very quickly. We've been bounced around a bit with account managers over the year which has been less than great. Additionally, our account team has not done a great job of providing meaningful quarterly checkins- the usage/adoption metrics they provide are awful which then makes any comparison we draw to our own usage useless. I would suggest working with our team to come up with appropriate adoption targets and then analyzing our actuals against goal for a more meaningful review process.
Pros:
The system works well. We rarely see systems bugs and the modules seem to interconnect quite well. Our employees have adopted certain aspects of the tool readily- namely feedback, surveys, 1x1s, and reviews. I like that I can impersonate an employee so I'm able to see what they're seeing in order to provide helpful troubleshooting guidance. The customer support team is excellent.
Cons:
Some aspects of the system are not intuitive and it takes multiple clicks to get to an area that shouldn't be buried. For example- a manager of managers who wants to view progress of their direct reports on review completion during the review cycle, really needs to dig to get to the right screen to view progress.

Everything from selection through implementation has been easy and wonderful

Pros:
Having a central place to manage 1:1s and performance reviews is an improvement to managing those functions in a more ad hoc manner (i.e. in documents, note taking apps, etc.)
Cons:
1) The ability to sync action items from 1:1s or goals to other task management applications. Not being able to do so creates duplicate system management issues to have a consolidated to-do list. 2) The ability document ad hoc meetings in addition to recurring 1:1s, using the 1:1 template and functionality. 3) The ability to more easily manage OKRs, including the ability to sort and make bulk updates.
Overall, great addition to our company
Pros:
Lattice has been a great addition to our company. Previously we were using different systems for tracking, survey, and performance reviews. With Lattice we're able to move all of those things into one system. We are also able to do things with Lattice that we didn't do before (ie meeting agendas)!
Cons:
We'd love to have a group meeting agenda option. There's word of it coming soon, so can't wait!
Easy to use performance tracking solution
Comments: Overall the tool has helped review performance and setting goals which has lead to improved efficiency and output.
Pros:
I like that the tool has an easy to use interface which helps ease the process of performance review which fosters improvement in productivity.

Five Stars for Lattice
Pros:
Lattice is very easy to use and their customer support is stellar. Not only does the HR team love it but employees say it is the best system they have ever used too!
Cons:
From time to time there are little glitches. But nothing the customer service team can not assist with. If there is no work around to a problem we can leave product feedback and it is taken seriously.
Great tool for evaluations
Comments: Excellent. This is our 2nd year and we're very pleased.

Lattice Review
Pros:
We use lattice for company and individual goal setting. I like that it creates a transparent way to share goals; I can see everyone's goals and they can see mine. This is great to track progress for growth/promotion reasons and it keeps me accountable. This also gives me a view into goals across departments so I gain more insight into the overall business.
Cons:
My least favourite thing about lattice is the UI itself. I do not always find its pathways clear, and therefore, navigating can be tricky.
Easy to use
Pros:
Lattice has a friendly and intuitive interface, it's easy to use it even if it's your first time using a platform for performance reviews
Cons:
There are a lot of things that need manual load/launch, f.e. when you need to add or remove 4 reviewees it's okay, but it's difficult when you're a big company and there are 40 exceptions that you need to load by hand. Also, I would like to have more options to customize the platform!
Great Performance Management Platform
Comments: Very happy user.
Pros:
Easy to navigate. Quick customer service responses. 1:1 feature is up on screen with every meeting to capture information. Engagement surveys & performance reviews are clean and easy.
Cons:
Based on feedback from managers not having an overview on 1:1 notes like you would in an excel document that can be beneficial when it comes time to review employee’s performance during EOY cycle.

Comments: Lattice has been a great platform and it’s helped make us invest better resources and energy with our team members

Simple and Easy to Use Platform
Comments: We've been able to formalize 1 on 1 calls and reviews, leaving visible feedback that can be act upon and reviewed further down the line. Though simple, the platform enables certain questions that can help the user give appropriate feedback either to his/her supervisors or people they manage.
Pros:
Lattice was introduced just recently and it was pretty straightforward, you receive email notifications for your reviews and feedback. You can easily view your organization and it's respective hierarchy.
Cons:
I was told implementation was a bit difficult though I wasn't involved in it.
