Comments: With Qarrot we have made our employees feel good emotionally, which generates excellent teamwork.
Pros:
Thanks to the tools of Qarrot we give our employees the necessary social recognition that generates a good work environment and great motivation. The best thing is the automatic function to celebrate the achievements and the campaigns of points and incentives.
Cons:
It took a few hours to fully integrate qarrot, but it works perfectly.
Overall Great Product
Pros:
I love that it is customizable to adapt to our smaller organization. I also enjoy the automation of our employee birthdays and anniversaries. Qarrot helps us as an organization stay connected to each other even though we have branches spread across 4 different communities. I also enjoy that we can customize the rewards to include small business within our communities.
Cons:
I wish there was a page similar to a marketplace. We have branches spread out over 4 communities and a wide variety or employees in different stages of life. It would just be another way to connect employees and help each other out.
not worth it
Comments: It sucks that the VISA gift card vendors changed and now it has become a big issue in trying to get or use one. There are a lot of businesses that do not accept the Visa gift card that you guys provide.
Pros:
I like the quantity of the reward programs.
Cons:
That the rewards are not available for international employees.

Comments: Excellent - only wish we could choose our own amounts.

Its amazing how we can earn Qarrots toward Paid Days Off.
Cons:
That we cannot just choose our own amounts (up to our limits of course) to give to someone. After my coworkers husband passed I wanted to give her my full 200 allotted but I had to do it in numerous increments as there is no way for me to choose 200.
Use this Product in a former role and highly recommended

It is an easy to use system which helps reward employees but also offers a clear dashboard for management to oversee and gather all the relevant data required in terms of usage, interaction, cost etc,
Cons:
I only had positive experiences with this tool. Highly recommended
