The success of our day relies heavily on our ability to use and execute information stored in our Concierge Plus community site. Our top modules are Service Requests, Package \&amp; Deliveries, Entry Instructions, Keys, and Amenities.

> **Cons**: More and more our customers/residents want an easier way to pay their HOA dues. Since this is not a feature that seems to work well for us or our needs, our customers/residents are not inclined to use the software themselves. We still manage our communities successfully but it would be nice if the residents found more buy in.
