Best software to use for desktop support.
Comments: I was using other software but switched to anydesk because it is very easy to use and has more functionalities.
Pros:
very easy to use. Any one with any educational background can use it easily.
Cons:
Some times the connection takes little time to connect but thats not any issue it might be issue at my end.

Comments: I am working in the office and when I go home I am always in touch with my clients. If they need something urgent, I have to access my working PC and solve the issue or do the task. AnyDesk helps me with this. I can connect and manage my PC like I can am sitting behind it.
Pros:
AnyDesk works very fast and smoothly. You can always rely on it. Similar software can turn off without any reason. But AnyDesk is always on and ready to work as needed. I like this software and use it every day.
Cons:
I didn't face any problems while using this software and didn't feel that something is missing so far.
