With a tight nonprofit event budget, every dollar we spend on technology like this is a dollar we aren't spending on other important event aspects that add value to our participating and at-need community members. The conference attendees were happy to have a maps and locations as the event location had a confusing layout. There was a little onboarding curve but they will be set for next year and I can also include the links created by Yapp to send to attendees in advance so they can download and peruse before the conference. > > **Cons**: The design is a little outdated and the spreadsheet to upload information was a bit confusing with all the added columns. The process of adding attendee's photos seems arduous - but I am hoping that there is a good workaround that I just didn't have time to explore based on how quickly I had to set up. > > Very good, I had to set up in 3 days due to another platforms inability to follow through on some features.
