It was our first time partnering with a third party for an event for our client, and to be honest, I was really nervous about how everything would work.  \[sensitive content hidden\] was there day and night to answer questions from both us and the client side, and nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly polite and always accommodating, even with continually changing requests, which must have been challenging at times. His professionalism, calm manner, and proactive approach made the entire experience smooth, successful, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone involved.
