> **Pros**: I like that it has a lot of useful features, and is fairly easy to learn. The new SMS feature looks like it will make some tasks so much easier to do, and I like the fact that it is customizable. Customer support is great\!

> **Cons**: I don't like the fact that a clinical note made by mistake could not be deleted. Or I wish there was a way to just prevent two ops from creating or saving an entry in the clinical notes at the same exact time. This happens to us often when both the dr and the assistant are saving notes at the same time, so then there are duplicate entries on the same day for the patient, but the wrong one could not be deleted.

I would also like to have the ability to turn off the "post pending entries?" question box that pops up after entering tx plan in odontogram. In our clinic, we prefer to not click YES to that, but sometimes it still happens and it makes more work for us, so it would be great to have that turned off.

Is the to do list still a feature of the software?
