> **Pros**: eCase can cover literally everything to do with the management of social care delivery from care plans to property maintenance.

> **Cons**: The level of function this system has is overwhelming. Because it can cover absolutely everything it isn't the simplest system to use. But in all honesty care delivery at scale is a fairly complex set of interwoven tasks, so its unsurprising.

> **Pros**: System allows Billing and Time Management as well as scheduling of services

> **Cons**: Every single task is excessively time consuming.  There are MANY steps in the most minor of tasks making rostering a nightmare. Nudging jobs for the day down 30 minutes to squeeze in another service at a particular time can take an hour.  Every time change requires a reallocation of service.  This is not scheduler friendly at ALL.  very very simple tasks become very difficult.  My organisation is losing staff over this system because one cannot work with the constant unnecessary repetition and frustration.
