Setup was easy and the platform was relatively easy to use except for the Finder maps portion. > > **Cons**: Technical support and customer service is terrible, especially since Eptura took over. 1. Another example of a micro-business with little to no backend staff. We had an issue in late 2024 where we lost all service for nearly two months because of an update they made to the platform. Dealing with support was next to impossible, and it took them almost eight weeks to release an update to fix the issue. 2. Yet another example of a business with terms and conditions designed to extort money from their customers. They require a 60-day cancellation notice if you don't wish to renew. The only time you'll hear from anyone at this company is when you owe them money, other than that there is no service. > > I don't recommend them and won't do business with them again in the future.
