> Hi, my name is Paul from "Pablo's Garden / Handyman Services", I have now been using BookMeMate for 2 months and it's been a lifesaver for my business. Have done my research for 2 years on scheduling, invoicing, administration \& quoting software and this program ticks all the boxes. It's also evolving with the developer taking on feedback and making changes where possibly to improve an already great product. I estimate my productivity savings at this stage being 20%. I am confident I will get to 30% once I apply all its features.

It's a very streamlined app, user friendly. I love that I can keep everything organised without any paper work. I can keep an up to date client list, book clients on the go, send out reminder texts and email receipts to my clients and keep an eye on my expenses and income/profits. > **Pros**: We have a regular point of sale system for in person sales and don't do too much online, that's why we use bookmemate. We were sending PDF invoices but then customers would say they wouldn't get them and all the info was scattered around. With this I can tell at a glance when someone has been invoiced and when they've paid.

> I've found bookmemate really easy to use and the features have everything I need for running my salons buisness . I absolutely love it. And so do my clients keep them updated with there appointments and my travel plans .And my tax guy loves it 2  he definitely got sick of my old shoe box with a million receipts to sort out at tax time
