Comments: This system is very user unfriendly. Dashboards are very difficult to navigate or manage. You can expect your account rep (supply chain specialist) to change almost monthly. However, the account rep can typically manually upload any documents once you make contact.

Pros: Customer support is somewhat easier to get in touch with compared to other supply chain management software providers.

Cons: The software interface on the supplier side is very difficult to navigate. Uploaded documents is also very difficult to manage. This system could use a major dashboard update to streamline its processes.

Comments: I have found zero benefits from using BROWZ. I've been forced to use BROWZ for over three years now and it has always and only been a complete money and time suck. BROWZ uses buzzwords like safety and organization to sell the idea that they'll take care of the paperwork for contractor management for end-clients when in reality they just make both parties lives more difficult.

Pros: The ONLY good thing about this software is how easily it tells you if you're compliant or non-compliant.

Cons: Everything else. The UI is clunky and the language used throughout the interface is confusing and poorly articulated which is further confusing and frustrating. The software also sends out emails with ZERO information. I'll receive emails that say there's an item that needs my attention but it provides zero information as to what the item is or how to easily access it.

Worst Ever!

Comments: I have been going in circles with Browz and Avetta. It is a renewal with all the same compliant coverages they had last year. These idiots do NOT know what they are doing. They are not licensed insurance reps and in all reality, should not discuss, approve or disapprove coverages without a license. This is why they don't even know what they are asking for most of the time, and they don't understand policy language or how to interpret it. Everytime I talk to Browz, they assure me the documents they ask for will be the last and then they come back and want something different or something else. This has gone on almost daily for many weeks now. I have been doing insurance for 27 years and never had this much trouble. Nearly every compliance company I have ever dealt with has a certain amount of these type issues, but they are normally cleared up within a few days. Not this one!

Pros: The software is fine is the reps you have working for you!

Cons: The representatives are incompetent and have no clue!

Comments: I wouldn't use BROWZ except my company's customer (a mine in Arizona) required us to get it and submit data. It made it difficult for more than one person to login to submit information. For example, we had to consolidate information from our contracts, legal, accounting, and safety departments, and interpret each through a single administrator, which was a pain.

Pros: This software at least puts all prequalification requirements in one place. At least it consolidated the requirements our customers wanted from us.

Cons: Confusing to use - things were all over the place, seemed hidden. It's interface also seemed like it was made in the early 2000s and never updated.

Comments: Disgusted that as a small contractor we have been asked to do all the work inputting and having to pay for the privilege.

Pros: It captures some basic information about a supplier.

Cons: For a small supplier it asks for information that we found irrelevant and of little importance
