> **Pros**: Insurance Noodle is very easy to use and they are quite fast on the renewals sent to the office. We continue to purchase this product with Allstate EA funds because of it's accuracy and time

> **Cons**: The functionality of the software isn't the greatest. I haven't found much need to really dig deep and get the most of the software

> Automatic confirmation of renewal policies and the not much need for clutter. Everything electronic and automated.

> **Pros**: Insurance Noodle provides quick and efficient renewal process and sends all correspondence directly to the agency, which a lot of carriers do not nowadays, instead, electing to only send to the insured or only send electronically. Fairly wide array of carriers and no broker fees.

> **Cons**: Do not like the new business/quoting process, which makes us use competitors like Griffin Underwriting which uses the same carriers. Slow renewal compensation checks sent to the agency.
> 
> Overall, this was an average experience and we do continue to use them when the need arises. I wouldn't say this is a bad experience by any mean but more of an average experience. Recommend them for some smaller agencies that have a hard time with excess/surplus lines.
