There are also powerful features beyond standard LMS functionality – such as:&#10;&#10;- On-the-job training documentation&#10;- 360-degree feedback&#10;- A feature-rich internal Knowledge Base&#10;- Cloud-based AI authoring tool&#10;- Development plans, gamification, awards, new hire announcements – and much more.&#10;&#10;The platform is continuously improved, with great new features released every few weeks.

> **Cons**: The permissions management could be a little bit more finetuneable for our purposes. It relies on a hierarchical department structure. We organize a few subjects differently to what iSpring Learn expects us to.

In my experience every issue is taken care of with the necessary seriousness and professionalism. As a german customer it is possible to communicate in german. > **Cons**: The active users you have to pay for (but you can ask for overdraft and can get a discount if you have lots of extra users).
> 
> After five years, I have to say that we are still very satisfied with iSpring. Lots of new features and integrations. Useful features for instructional designers and managers. Even for HR.
