Telehealth, e-scribing , and electronic forms. You don’t need separate systems. They have a great customer support and implementation team. > > **Cons**: It is NOT HIPPA compliant . They tout that they are , however whenever you go to view a document or progress note it automatically downloads to your personal computer. Their “answer” to this was to have a policy to have all 30+ counselors erase it from memory every time they view anything…. Another answer was to download Firefox which allows a read only version , however this also saves a temporary file on the computer which still needs to be erased. When this was brought to there attention they stated they would work on fixing it. > > We were unable to continue using the system because it wasn’t HIPPA compliant. I have tried to adjust from the settings, but unable to due to the time limit option is grayed out. > > I am able to locate lab reports, medications- as far as when the patient first started usage and ended if applicable. I love how I can print the patient summary right from the software, and also very easy to locate documentation, such as patient demographics and consent forms.
