Pros:

The reporting is very thorough, and the LMS allows personalisations until some point.

Cons:

Very complex structure, incapability of managing elearning completion / from an Admin side, or seeing an elearning without assigining it to onesef first.

The Tool Simplifies the HR & Employee Communication

Comments: All of our learning activities can be tracked and monitored with the help of this tool. I found it fairly simple to complete that process. I found it to be extremely helpful for employee self-service and manager self-service.Highly Recommended.

Pros:

The tool has great features that gives you all information at one place in terms of payroll, learning & development courses & material, leave tracker , goals , KPIs, organisation & team structure and the employee profile.

Cons:

The outlook & user view of the is quite poor and that should be improved. Many time you face bugs specifically in the learning material.
