"Scheduling made simple"

I personally have used Doodle in both personal and professional settings to capture multiple availabilities for social events, board meetings, or customer meetings. Its a great tool and one I will keep going back to regardless as "it just works".
I also really like the tabular format to view best fitting dates, and also who has responded. It's a well thought out piece of software.

Pros:
Doodle is a great and easy way to capture availabilities of contacts quickly for an event. It syncs nicely with your chosen calender and shows your own availability prior to sending out.
Cons:
As with all good things, they eventually have some pain points. The UI has had some changes which doesnt dlow as well as previous versions, plus the free vs premium capability gap has grown (free feature reduction rather than premium feature introduction).

I really enjoyed my experience with Doodle and use it periodically to save on time.
Pros:
I love how you are able to provide your team with options by sending them a Doodle. It saves on sending numerous emails back and forth resulting in some people forgetting to "Reply to All".
Cons:
It would be nice if Doodle had more options on their free plan.

I have used Doodle when scheduling meetings with both teachers and students. The users always seem to understand how it works and it helps to find convenient times to meet when everyone is available.
Pros:
I like the quick set up and convenient options that Doodle offers. I also like that users do not have to sign into vote.
Cons:
Doodle is no frills, so there is not much to customize. Perhaps they could add themes or other choices to add to the polls.
