It takes some setup, but that's just because it's so customizable, which is wonderful. And, many processes are automated, such as invoicing, payments, and autoresponders. Cons are that it's a little clunky trying to integrate into my website, and not mobile-friendly when I need to check client info on the road. Cons: Could use a few more updates like a better calendar that is also suitable for website use. Creating and uploading documents is still tricky and doesn't work the way you would expect. My clients have a hard time with them and they are not easily changed and redone.
