> **Pros**: I find it very useful to answer questions about ResDiary, a prospect will email me or text me a question and I will reply with a short explainer video. E.g “how can I handle deposits via ResDiary”


2)I find it useful because it helps me to give shorter demos, I typically send a prospect 2 videos before I do a resdiary demo, “one called 6 different ways to take an online reservation” and one called “ResDiary pricing explainer video”- if the prospect watches the videos before the demo it speeds things up


3)I use it to record videos showing prospects how to fill in the steps to sign up.


4) I have had a handful of prospects who signed up without doing a demo based on the strength of the demo videos I have done

> I would suggest it to any person who sells software or anything that that can be demonstrated by a screen recording
