Highly recommendable software for clinics and groups of clinics
Comments: Superb
Pros:
The specific reason for which I selected Pabau is that it has an excellent scheduling feature for multi clinic operations. This was an essential feature for me and is working flawlessly. After that, the training is excellent, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been spectacular to help us get into the software.
Cons:
So far nothing really; I would make the CRM section a bit more comprehensive, nevertheless, as we can customise it, it is not an issue at all.

Comments: Extremely attentive sales, integration, and training team members. Very helpful videos available anytime to obtain answers to operations questions.
Pros:
Easy to use. Patient friendly. Online booking. Automated processes taking busy work off of the team. Extremely attentive and helpful Pabau Team committed to ensuring your success with the software.
Cons:
Two way texting not yet available. Integrated Labs not yet available Unable to send control substances with eRX requires a 3rd party option.

Reasons for Choosing Pabau: Their product was clunky, not easy to use, and patient portal was difficult to navigate for patients. Also, it had many issues with speed and functions not working properly all the time.

Not for medical businesses
Comments: Software is ok but I don't think it's suitable for a serious medical business. Sometimes they mix up data so there is GDPR issue.
Pros:
Lots of features covers everything that you need for marketing Reports are very good and flexible
Cons:
Takes ages to load Lots of features but lots of them breaks and not working properly Support - it takes ages for them to understand your issue and ages to reply. They ask same questions again and again, Too many technical issues at the moment and they are struggling to fix

Hi Richard - we serve over 2000 medical businesses world-wide, are HIPPA and GDPR compliant, and we have isolated databases, so the idea we can have a mix up, is simply not true. We often find that 'issues' are 99% of the time caused by staff not going through the full academy, via academy.pabau.com so please encourage everyone to do so. You can raise tickets via our ticketing system mytickets.pabau.com - but from looking at your interactions, it seems like you expect a more dedicated response, which can be easily achieved by upgrading to an account manager. https://pabau.com/account-manager/

Very comprehensive, structures my business so the admin work is far more manageable, good customer experience using online portal
Cons:
Can be complicated, but I have found [sensitive content hidden] who is absolutely brilliant at Pabau and she helps me navigate my business better

Amazing user-friendly software
Comments: Overall, I really like this software. This is a fantastic user-friendly software, Has loads of options that you can choose from. Also, you can make your own templates which makes it very easy to work on. Quick and easy templates that make your clinical job very easy. I have worked with many other softwares like Spectrum and SOCRATES Etc But I found this one quite helpful and easy
Pros:
Friendliness to work with, user-friendly software. Gives you loads of options and you can have your own plans which is really fantastic.
Cons:
Initially induction, I was left on my own and it was quite frustrating. Also, the amount of time it took to set up and everything was not easy.

Reasons for Switching to Pabau: Price mainly is it was quite cheaper as compared to the other one
