My Best In Terms of Email Deliverability
Comments: Sender is the best email autoresponder out there that guarantees you quality at a convenient price that doesn't have to cut a leg or shake your bank. I love everything about them from customer service to service delivery. It literally takes 2 seconds for [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to respond to live chat.
Pros:
Sender has repeatedly proved to be the smartest and most effective in terms of email deliverability after comparing my campaigns on Aweber, ConvertKit, and Sender. The fact that it only cost $11 to maintain 5000 subscribers makes me say wow... The fact I can use my PayPal account to pay in place of a credit card makes me want to stick with them forever as I hate to link my credit card.
Cons:
I'm not sure if this is a con, but I'm just hoping I still need to learn more about their Tagging feature and audience segmentation. I'm sure they have it.
Alternatives Considered: Kit
Reasons for Choosing Sender: Aweber price is higher. My campaigns on Aweber always ended in promotion tabs while Sender goes to inbox or Update tab.
Switched From: AWeber
Reasons for Switching to Sender: Sender is inexpensive Sender customer support is faster Sender's list management is better and lots more
satisfied with the tool
Comments:
I use sender.net to attract customers and leads to my online store.
Until today, I had not found an email marketing application that was so complete and easy to use. Especially if it's free.
Pros:
Ease of creating templates for email marketing. Various options to create attractive mailings.
Cons:
I wouldn't add anything. For me it's ok.
Advantages and Disadvantages All In Mix
Comments: Our experience has been positive and navigate at the same time. Would be so great with some improvement exactly.
Pros:
Sender offers a user-friendly interface, drag-and-drop editor, automation, segmentation, and A/B testing capabilities, and helpful customer support. It has helped us improve our email marketing efforts and reach more subscribers.
Cons:
There are some features can be confusing or difficult to navigate for me. Occasional glitches, and the pricing model is based on the number of subscribers.
Reliable Platform with Great Support and Competitive Pricing
Comments: I've used a few different email marketing platforms, but Sender.net really stands out with its solid features and easy-to-use interface. There are occasional server hiccups, but they usually get resolved quickly, so it hasn't been a major issue for me. The pricing is fair, which is another plus. Skylar was super helpful when I was getting started, offering detailed guidance and support. The platform is intuitive, and I've seen great results from my campaigns. Definitely recommend
Pros:
Robust features and user-friendly interface. The pricing is competitive
Cons:
he platform will occasionally have server issues, but they usually fix them pretty quickly
Sender Email Marketing Affordable Service with Good Deliverablility
Comments: Sender is a great tool for artists and ecomcerce, however, the service I use to sell my art now has an email sending tool. But with Sender you get more bang for you buck in comparison.
Pros:
It is quick to use. You can login and send an full designed email in minutes, or spend all day to tweak it, either way there are less steps to the process and it's not a large learning curve like MailChimp.
Cons:
You have to put each paragraph in a separate text box, otherwise the subscriber may see them spaced differently in their inbox.
Alternatives Considered: Benchmark Email and Buttondown
Reasons for Choosing Sender: MailJet seems to work better for Teams and can get complex for a Freelancer.
Switched From: Mailjet
Reasons for Switching to Sender: Again, more bang for the buck, and they do a better job with email delivery to the inbox if you have your own domain name.
Exceeding expectations so far
Pros:
I'm new to Sender after trying several different newsletter services, and so far I'm very happy with it. It's been easy to set up landing forms and an automation sequence for new subscribers, and the email design tool is easy to use as well. They also have a lot of resources for new users, and their free tier is one of the most generous ones I've seen. I also really appreciate that they have a payment tier that allows you to pay per email sent, rather than a monthly subscription. For less frequent emailers like me, this will save me a lot of money.
Cons:
The only minor annoyance I have is that as best I can tell, when making a form for new subscribers, I'm restricted to putting the info in a smaller text box and can't use the entire page. Not a big deal, but I wish there was more flexibility.
Excellent customer service
Comments: Fast, dynamic, friendly and skilled customer service
Pros:
Excellent customer service. Fast reactivity and helped me set up the platform with complicated host settings.
Cons:
There was nothing I didn't like, maybe the complicated setup but I suppose it's for not being considered spam later on.
Great marketing tool for beginners
Comments: I like the Sender app and maybe is a great option if you don't need much of email marketing on your website. This app has great features when comes to making a double opt-in on the subscriber forms and separate the email lists easily.
Pros:
This software allows you to start in the process of email marketing without question. Is easy to deploy on WordPress and has a great tool for visualizing the process of sending emails to your customers.
Cons:
It's a very new software which is fine but makes it a bit complicated if you want to integrate it with other apps like Contact Form 7. If you want to make an integration to another app the process is highly complicated if you don't know anything about coding.
Great Value
Comments: Good inexpensive way for me to stay in touch with my customers and prospects
Pros:
Ease of Use. Great Value. Good Customer Service.
Cons:
No 'cons' presently. The new update is fantastic.
Sender- Review
Comments: Great Product, great price and outstanding support
Alternatives Considered: Google Meet
Switched From: Mailchimp
Very Useful For Simple User
Pros:
Simplicity. Other email automation tools have lots of unnecessary features and these are just caused confusing people mind.
Cons:
Customer support and ''how to use'' video guides not enough.
Great product at an affordable price
Pros:
I mainly chose Sender based on price compared to other competitors but am very happy with the features and how easy it is to use. It does everything I need and for a lot less than other companies.
Cons:
Yet to find one as I have only recently started using it.
Alternatives Considered: Moosend and Mailchimp
Reasons for Switching to Sender: Price and I only need a few services which Sender provides.
Excellent Application and Customer Support
Comments: Sender app is hassle free, fast and easy application to use.
Pros:
I selected this emailer client after checking out 2-3 others. Besides pricing(which is very competitive) I definitely loved its 1) simple interface 2) emailer designing software 3) Very active customer support.
Cons:
Things I would like to see improved: 1) Contact management - the terminology needs to more explained. Also, there should be an option to create groups with data from campaign reports.
Alternatives Considered: HubSpot Marketing Hub and Brevo
Reasons for Choosing Sender: Very poor customer service response and understanding towards their customer.
Switched From: SendGrid
Reasons for Switching to Sender: Price, the free package, easy configuration, email creation tool.
Setting up Dmarc
Pros:
I was help by the agent [sensitive content hidden] and she was absolutely helpful and knowledgable in helping me resolve the error that prevented me from sending out my first campaign...
Cons:
Nothing to dislike yet... Customer support is great
Email marketing tool which delivers
Comments: Our main objective is solved - we got reliable email marketing tool which delivers our messages to our subscribers fine. Secondly, great customer support helps us to solve ongoing issues, provides useful advices when and if needed. Overall, Sender is great solution for very reasonable price.
Pros:
Briefly, the best feature of Sender, we love and appreciate the most, is that it can deliver your messages into subscribers inboxes. Moreover, customer support is super helpful here - all issues are solved fast and, most importantly, via live chat. It makes problem-solving very efficient in comparison with other email marketing tools which mostly offers email support only. Unboarding process was very smooth and easy, it did not create any additional headaches or consumed too much time during the set up of our campaigns. Also, based on past experiences, we can say that Sender is not too expensive and it pays back well for what you spend.
Cons:
Generally, I do not see any significant drawbacks but few small upgrades could enrich the experience. Overall reporting/analytics could be slightly more informative. Currently, reporting per campaign and/or transactional email works fine but some overall reporting features would be useful too which would sum up performance of campaigns for a specific period, segment, etc. Then, segmentation based on subscribers' activity in transactional emails would be helpful as well. At this moment, I solve the latter with some automation rules.
Sender Is An Excellent Choice
Comments: This product is excellent and inexpensive. It's a really fantastic platform for our non-profit and helps us keep connected to the community we serve without a great expense. The support is second to none. I don't think I have never worked with such a responsive support team, ever. It's almost instantaneous and they actively work with you to correct concerns and fix bugs if you find them. I really appreciate them so much!
Pros:
The ease of use and point and click editor/formatting are excellent. They are always working to improve it. Even when I think it's working great already, they make changes that improve the experience.
Cons:
I do not find this difficult to use. It is very user intuitive and takes no time to figure out and be on your way to creating really stunning newsletters. It actually took me a few months before I took the time (COVID interrupted) to really understand how much it could do, and once I had the opportunity, within one newsletter week, I was able to upgrade our newsletter reader experience a lot. If there was one thing I wish was different about it, it would be that I think I would like the newsletter browser version to be available as soon as I schedule the email version send. This way, I could schedule the social and website posts that share it at the same time as I schedule the email version to go out. Right now, I have to wait until it actually gets sent before it's available in the browser version to share. I understand this may be a coding and timing issue that can't be resolved. It would just be a time saver for me if it could.
Great for new businesses!
Comments: I'm very satisfied and thankful.
Pros:
Sender offers FREE use of all their features! I first tried Mailchimp and got used to making email templates and campaigns there. Sender was not far off and transitioning to it was really easy when making e-mails. I made the decision to use Sender because Mailchimp (or any other that I tried) isn't offering free automation. In Sender, that's free too and with great ease of use (much like Mailchimp). Importing contacts was not at all hard. So I really think Sender has a very competitive set of features at no cost! (For limited recipients and sent emails)
Cons:
Sender is best used in a computer browser. So if I have to check something with my phone, I find that the UI is not yet mobile friendly. However, I work around that by modifying the browser to look like its desktop site and it's fine.
I have used this software for almost two months and we had no issues since then
Comments: We use it to send our marketing emails. and some of our transactional emails
Pros:
easy to use. it's functionalities are enough. api is good and wel-defined. but there can be pre implemented libraries in each programming language like c
Cons:
There no WYSIWYG editor for transactional emails. Help and manual are not complete. number of clicks can be shown on the content for transactional emails and email automation.

I love the quick response of the company team and their assistance in solving inquiries and issues. Thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who help me solve my automation issue tonight, who even went the extra mile too. Thank you
Cons:
I don't seem to have one at the moment as I currently enjoying the software and the customer service
Great Tool
Comments: It helped us to reach all of our clients fast and easy. It is very easy to use.
Pros:
user friendly, lots of funktionalities, great customer service who can solve problems in 2 seconds.
Cons:
There is nothing. It is easy to use and you can see that they work on the app constantly to make it better.
Cool Features and Pricing
Pros:
I love it cos the price suit my budget and the features are cool
Cons:
They should add landing page designer and allow web form without title
Review
Pros:
The support I got from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] when I was having problems.
Cons:
I didn't find something that I don't like
Great for creating shareable newsletters
Comments: I've used MailChimp, Active Campaign, Moosend and pretty much any Email marketing software there is currently, and I found that none had better email templates. Saved me tons of time and money. I even stopped hiring designers from Fiver.
Pros:
They’re actively listening to what the users need. I like that. Suggested some improvements some time back, now most of them are live.
Cons:
Saw some minor issues with Outlook, they got fixed. When they will update , it will carry more good.
Sender is Amazing!
Comments: Saves so much time and encourages a beginner like me.
Pros:
I love how non-complicated the interface is, and how smooth it goes. The verification process was also very quick. A quick look at the screen, and you already know how it goes. Of course, there will be some questions but the learning process is really quick. The flow and how all the buttons are set up is really logical. And it is so smooth. Not clunky and lag. I am loving it! Customer service is also quick to respond, polite, and has common sense.
Cons:
I have only used it for a while so I cannot say yet what is lacking. However, I did not find a way to tag audiences so that may be one downside. But there is segmentation so you can work your way around it.
It's s a good alternative to Mailerlite
Comments: After spending lots of money on other tools like Mailchimp, Mailerlite, even Hubspot, I found that Sender had everything that I needed, just for like a fraction of the monthly cost.
Pros:
Easy to get going. Could send out my first emails not more than a day after signing up for an account. The pricing is appealing.
Cons:
It could have more advanced photo editing software built-in (cause I need that), but that's not really its job.
