Good Email Management System
Comments: My experience with Mailerlite is very good. Although as I’ve said it’s a little clunky to get around it has served it’s purpose for my business.
Pros:
I like the versatile features. It has capabilities to do landing pages and that is an invaluable feature for my business.
Cons:
It was somewhat hard to navigate and less user friendly than other email management systems.
Overall a good mailer
Comments: Overall, it is good, but the image upload limit may be a factor why I may leave.
Pros:
It is easy to manage the form and set things out so everything is clear.
Cons:
I really, really dislike the 2mb image limit. It's really frustrating.

Hey Joseph! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You would be happy to know that the image limitation has been fixed from our end. Now any images above 2MB gets optimized to fit with our size requirements. So now users can upload images with size greater than 2MB!
MailerLite - We've Been Using It For a While. Here's What I Think
Comments: MailerLite has proven sufficient for us with getting out our weekly newsletters, building a mailing list, and doing so at a competitive price.
Pros:
I love that MailerLite's pricing follows a "pay as you grow" model. We've been using MailerLite for a while now for our weekly newsletter. At the start, the service was free for our first 1000 subscribers, but we switched to one of the premium plans once we grew our list beyond that count. It's nice to be able to upgrade after we've also had returns on the mailing list service, rather than paying a premium price as a newbie. It should be noted that MailerLite also has competitive pricing in comparison to other mailing list services.
Cons:
In all honestly, I don't particularly have a negative to offer about MailerLite at the moment from my own experience. However, I did hear that they deleted many free users from their systems earlier in the year. One may need to be cautious with regard to the longevity of their free plan.
Not bad, but there is room for improvement. There is a lot of potential here.
Pros:
It is affordable. You don't have to pay too much until you grow up.
Cons:
Contact management. In order to make changes you have to enter one by one, edit, exit again, then enter the next one. You can't do it like in Mailchimp, where once you enter a contact you can go from one to another by simply moving forward.
Great for Scaling and Segmentation, But Could Use Better Email Templates
Comments: I switched to MailerLite after using FloDesk, which I loved but didn't have a robust enough system for my needs. MailerLite has allowed me to set up multiple lists that market to different types of people, and has helped me scale my business.
Pros:
MailerLite is pretty easy to understand, set up, and use. It was important to me that I was able to segment my lists and have great insights and MailerLite checks those boxes.
Cons:
The thing I like the least is that the templates for emails aren't very stylized or pretty. They get the job done but I really wish there were better templates.

Mailerlite is my go to choice
Comments: Mailerlite pairs well with nt HubSpot account and pulls all my contacts from the CRM effortlessly and email marketing is so easy to setup.
Pros:
Mailerlite is clean and simple to use. I lvoe the UI and it does exactly what i need it to do.
Cons:
Nothing i can think about right now. I love it.
Affordable and Easy
Comments: Overall a great program, easy to use, and easy to track.
Pros:
Affordable pricing, the dashboard is easy to navigate without much experience, there are detailed reports on open rates, click through and activity which is incredibly valuable to me.
Cons:
The only con I see is that there is no live chat for immediate assistance like some other programs, and if you need help it can take time to get a response.
Overall a great experience
Comments: MailerLite offers a wide range of features, with none of the essential ones missing. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Even when I encountered a minor issue, their customer support was quick to assist. Overall, it's a well-rounded platform that meets all my needs efficiently.
Pros:
Mailerlaite has a lot of features and none of the important ones seem to be missing. Great interface and easy to use.
Cons:
I honestly can't think of anything. Even the customer support quickly assisted me the one time I encountered trouble.
Affordable tool for small projects that are just starting with email marketing
Comments: I think MailerLite is a good tool too start with email marketing for very small businesses and without too many needs of customization, it's very affordable and I recommend to clients that are just getting started with email marketing
Pros:
Affodable pricing is the main pro for MailerLite and User Experience is simple enough
Cons:
I didn't notice any particular Con besides some temporary issues and bugs maybe on a specific account, but it does lack of a lot of features others have.
A modern email marketing tool
Pros:
It has many free features, a modern graphic interface, good engagement tracking and contact management
Cons:
I didn’t like the free trial starting automatically

Excellent beginner platform for email marketing if you're just starting out
Comments: Overall my experience with Mailerlite has been great, it'd helped me grow my business, learn more about email marketing, and i've used almost all of their tools in some aspect or another to help my subscriber base grow and my sales along with it.
Pros:
I have been using Mailerlite for about 4 years in my business. It's been a phenomenal platform for me to learn about email marketing on. It's quite user-friendly and easy to learn. It offers great features that can serve as double duty for your business such as landing pages that convert leads. I love their automations and use numerous automations in my business. They have been a game changer for my business and allowed me to give a more personal touch to my subscribers as I have multiple welcome email sequences that can slowly introduce my brand and myself and also lead to a soft sale.
Cons:
I do find Mailerlite can be a little glitchy sometimes, especially in their drag and drop email builder, I wish the developers would make it more streamlined. For example the side menu seems to disappear and to add an additional block to my email, I need to duplicate a block and delete the duplicate in order to bring up the menu. They also recently did a major conversion/upgrade from mailerlite classic to their new version and I thought they could've made the transition more seamless and less on their customers to do, as we had to migrate all of our own data. However if you're new to mailerlite that wouldn't pose a problem to you.

Quality email newsletter system
Comments: Overall, it's been a good relationship and Mailerlite is a solid product. Sad to see the prices rise beyond our current budget levels, but would return if circumstances change to allow it.
Pros:
Mailerlite has excellent layouts and a good interface for building newsletters. The ability to re-use past layouts as templates saves a lot of time. The scheduling is flexible and reliable. They have some features not available on other email platforms, like RSS Campaigns that send new blog posts to subscribers. The ability to group and segment our audience is also very important. All around, it's a full-featured platform with solid and responsive tech support (for the paid plans).
Cons:
After they launched their new platform and revised their plans, our relatively small list of subscribers (1400) was still too big to qualify for the free plan. And because it was over 1000 subs, we fell into a plan that cost $30/month. We're already paying that much for website hosting, so paying the same amount just to keep in contact with our audience wasn't cost-effective (we don't really "sell" to our list in a way that sustains that level of expense).

The Best EMS For Your Business!
Comments: Overall, I am very happy with Mailerlite and have been recommending them to friends and colleagues for over four years now. I will remain on Classic until they discontinue it.
Pros:
Mailerlite is the best when it comes to deliverability, features, and price point. Mailerlite's automations are complex and really help you warm up your leads for a better relationship without having to personally email every single lead individually. I also like that I can tag where a lead onboarded from so I can track how well that source fits into my marketing process. I've enjoyed great deliverability since my move to Mailerlite with more subscribers getting all my import updates and more sales as a result. Mailerlite also has a robust customer service department that is always quick to help when any issues do arise.
Cons:
I'm not a fan of the new Mailerlite. I am staying on Classic because the huge price increase and the clunkiness of the new interface. It's not something I look forward to having to learn and especially not at double to price. I wish Mailerlite would honor a discount for Classic users to be grandfathered in at a better rate.

If you are looking for a tool that just does emailmarkering right, then Mailerlite is it!
Comments: I have onboarded multiple clients to Mailerlite. I feel the tool is easy to use and offers most features one would want when looking for an emailmarketing tool. It is very affordable and has a great customer service.
Pros:
I like the fact that it is very straightforward in its use. In theory you can start using the tool without going trough manuals or guides. I like the fact that they have a chat support. If you do have a question you want to be able to ask it. They are open to suggestions and have a communication line for bugreporting. The drag and drop editor makes it easy to create emails. It is a EU tool so it is in line with GDPR regulation. The price is very affordable and allows any company size to start out with emailmarketing.
Cons:
The tool is a bit let mature then for example Mailchimp. The last couple of months with the launch of the new editor there have been a couple of bugs in the editor and how it was displaying in mailboxes. Support was reachable and they did follow up on those issues. It would be great to have a build in tool to test how the emails look in different mailboxes. Another great tool would be to have a way to test automations more easily.
Easy to Use - Switched from MailChimp
Pros:
Love how easy it is to set up email campaigns, track engaged users, and create landing pages. I was really able to customize everything to my business branding.
Cons:
Very few cons. One is the pricing. I think it is very akin to other email management providers, just wish it was cheaper. I wish you could track the origin of clicks to a landing page - that would be fabulous. Instead, I used Milkshake for that.
Great option for self employed business owners
Comments: Absolutely love it and been with them for years, sending emails daily to 3k subscribers
Pros:
The customer support 9live!!) with a real human, on chat, to sort out any issues is absolutely sensational and the main reason why i continue being with Mailer Lite
Cons:
I am on the classic version which can be a bit slow
I LOVE MailerLite
Pros:
I love how simple is to use MailerLite features. Emails come out beautiful and the whole process of setting landing pages / campaigns / automations... is effortless, yet effective.
Cons:
So far, I really like everything about MailerLite!
Straightforward and functional
Comments: I use it twice a month now to send out newsletters. So far, everything goes smoothly and I have actually recommended it to my writer friends. It is such a great tools for starting authors who wants to build their brands but not breaking the bank yet.
Pros:
When I first started MailerLite, I didn't have any knowledge about email marketing and struggled to figure out how to set up everything. MailerLite provided actual help (in person, not bots) who patiently guided me throughout the process. They also respond queries to emails in reasonable time and again, I was corresponding with actual person. I think this is the competitive advantage of MailerLite.
Cons:
Nothing, really. Initial setup was challenging, but it should be the same with others.
This is the best I have used
Comments: Since day one I have LOVED MailerLite. When I have a question or an issue, their customer service is on top of it and digs in and helps me. I became certified with their awesome MailerLite Academy which was super helpful. As a designer, it was important to me to have the capability of designing the emails just how I want them without coding. This is the best I have used doing that. I also use their email cleaning product that streams in so seamlessly. Great product!
Pros:
Easy to use Great Customer Service Great Stats Beautifully designed
Cons:
There are a few clunky parts when it comes to subscriber management but nothing too bad. Some of the design modules could be better.
MailerLite
Comments: Overall, MailerLite is an great email campaign app that works very good and has useful support. Is easy to use, create and and track the campaign. Importing contacts was fast and didn't encounter any issues.
Pros:
The most I like that is very easy to setup an email campaign. The app is well designed and very intuitive, easy to navigate and start campaigns. Setting up[ the account is straightforward and the support team really helped me when I was stuck. Another helpful think that has to be mentioned is that email builder is very good, templates are mobile optimized and easy to customize.
Cons:
From my point of view MailerLite works perfect as it is.
MailerLite
Comments: Mailer Lite is a user friendly platform, with nice and intuitive design. Importing our contacts was easy i started my first campaign in minutes. I had no problems with emails landing in spam.
Pros:
Is a simple to use email marketing system. Setting up is fast and easy with great support. My favorite feature is the drag and drop email editor, helps a lot when creating an email. You have many templates to choose from if you dont have the design already made and the AI feature really does its job.
Cons:
Sometimes the builder has a little lag.
Best for those who are just starting out in email marketing
Comments: I've been using MailerLite for over a year now for my client and I'm happy that it's not that complicated. At first glance and use, you'll know how to send emails, add subscribers manually, and make automated emails. I really recommend this for those who don't have big list yet.
Pros:
It's beginner friendly unlike other email marketing platforms. The features are easy to understand especially the automations and campaigns.
Cons:
The segmentation is limited making it hard to make a more comprehensive segment of subscribers.
Mailer Lite Review 5/14/24
Comments: It has been a very positive experience and increased my visibility with college coaches.
Pros:
What I like most about MailerList is the ease of use and Campaign results. I can see exactly how many times a user is opening my campaign.
Cons:
Coaches not opening the campaign due to a potential spam blocker or going to junk
I'm glad I did my research and chose MailerLite!
Comments: First and foremost let me say, it's the people. Their support staff is stellar! I enjoy using MailerLite and am excited to learn more about what else it can do!
Pros:
I really love the website builder! So easy to use. The support staff is stellar. Friendly and fast. I love all of the features. I can't wait to build everything out as I grow!
Cons:
I wish they had hosting! I would have bought hosting from them in a heartbeat if it had been available! That being said they do offer their own URL you can use for free (without having your own domain and hosting).
Best support ever!
Pros:
I have been using MailerLite practically since the beginning and it works great for me. I have recommended it to many other creatives because it meets all the objectives, is intuitive and allows you to segment contacts and create automations easily. The plan (especially with the annual option) comes out cheap compared to the competition. Plus great customer service and help in crisis situations, such as helping me resolve a problem that was related to a bot attack on my newsletter sign-up landing page. [sensitive content hidden] was incredibly helpful and so were his colleagues. I am delighted and will be happy to recommend MailerLite further!
Cons:
An editor that sometimes doesn't work the way I need it to + the fact that I can't schedule emails at irregular times, such as 5:03pm, only at full ones like 5:15pm.
