Also sometimes the number on the Labor didn’t add up correctly on the forecaster.

> **Pros**: From an operational standpoint shift note is very easy to use.  I like the ability to communicate effectively through bulletins, manager log, etc.  I really like the direct message function as well.  Schedule wise, they are very easy to write and modify.

> **Cons**: I wish the scheduling interface allowed you input real time labor goals and showed percentages based on actual wages

> Overall, I would use shift note again without hesitation. Very easy to use, employees find it very functional as well
