What used to take us 20-30 hours each week is done in a matter of minutes now using this system. The best part is the custom pricing feature it has for customers. Some of our customers are high volume customers so they get a discount on different plants and sizes. We only need to enter this information one time for the customer and every time we create an invoice for that customer the system automatically adjust the price. We don't have to manually calculate the discount for each plant on their invoice. Another great feature is the reporting system. we can generate commission reports for our salesman or county tax reports in minutes. The man hours we save each week easily pays for the monthly cost of the service. I almost forgot to mention customer service.
