Our team worked with Motto Systems throughout the entire GMPPro implementation process. For Ciron Drugs, it was important to not only document our processes, but also to improve our practices. Prior to implementing GMPPro, Motto Systems team traveled to our site several times and conducted gap analysis with our team to ensure we captured all of our key requirements. In addition, they facilitated training programs that enabled us to define and optimize our business processes to align with standards and our company goals which leads us towards future growth. This enabled us to mitigate our compliance risk and reduced our overall costs by implementing GMPPro.
