Making Hiring Easy

Pros:

They have unique features like the internal database and integrated search, which are very useful for recruiters to submit profiles within a quick turnaround time. From a management perspective, it's easy to track both candidate and employee performance. Overall, the product is excellent

Cons:

Sometimes, there are glitches where profiles may lack phone numbers or may open without any content inside, leading to wasted views

nothing as of now except email merge which sometime can lead to escalations from senior professionals.

Comments: As of now it is okay, I am suggesting you to include some more job boards so that we can get more resumes.

Pros:

with the help of ATS we can get a wide range of resumes.

Cons:

sometimes it gives unrelated resumes from the database.

Excellent ATS

Pros:

Ceipal is the destination ATS. Although this is the first ATS site I used in in my start of the career, it have the best experience to hunt the best talents in the job market. It is at top at the user friendly factor.

Cons:

Ceipal ATS Is extraordinary to find the best talent in the engineering fields and many other fields. But I felt it challenging in building the strings to find the right pool.
